Legolas Starhawk looked upon the gigantic Lordcity of Istar from the air of a small hovercraft, one of many above Istar. The elvish cleric smiled at the sight of the most beautiful city on all of Krynn, he noted the massive buildings of Plazsteel and Petroglass that stood side by side with the gorgeous buildings of marble with roofs of shinning gold and silver, how the sky was filled with numerous hovercraft and ships forever landing and leaving the giant spaceport on the fringe of the blessed city, how the endless stream of people walked the street, elves in tight knots in awe of the one human city that put even proud Silvanost and Qualinost to shame, packs of kender either being thrown out of jail or on their way there, minotaur slaves in chain gangs keeping the city clean, and the endless prosession of humans all united by the power and wonder of Istar.
This wonderful city that went by an endless list of names, Istar the Powerful, Istar the Beautiful, Istar the Blessed, so many names and so many that did not even cover a tenth of what Istar truly was. It was a city touched by the Gods and had gained total Lordship over the entire Planet of Krynn and the entire Krynn System.
This city and the planet of Krynn would soon be his to rule, all with the blessing of Paladine, Father of the Dawn.
To the Ruler of *insert nation here*,
You are formally invited to the city of Istar on the planet of Krynn to witness the crowning of the new Kingpriest Legolas (who will take the name Legeoius I) as the previous Kingpriest died of old age a few nights before. After the Coronation there will be refreshments and a small dinner party in the Temple hosted by the new Kingpriest. If you cannot attend we can understand, if your nation is unable to travel to the Krynn System we will provide transport. Hope you have fun!
