I, the glorious Ruler of the Most Serene Republic of Mattswana, hereby invite all those who practice strong government to relocate to Deep 13, an Extensive series of caves constructed beneath Eurasia. All would be dictators and despots are welcome in teh region at the minor expense of paying tribute to Mattswana and swearing oaths of Fealty to back Mattswana in all of it's goals and ambitions.
