I am Joshua Gieringer, the "self-appointed" Emperor of my Empire, and I wish to expand into the outside world and meet with other national leaders. I was wondering what others would have to say about what I should do.

it would be wise not to declare war on anyone (till you got a population of around 100 some odd million), ummm don't piss of GDODAD or any super alliances like that (not wise but fun to watch with popcorn)

contrary to popular belief older nations are not newbie haters, so dont make yourself be hated, RP sensibly and dont worry about things.. stuff takes time so read posts, learn how others do things and RP events you think you could participate in..
