Russian Forces is now building naval,army,airforce and Cosmonaut Space Army bases in Antarctica. These bases are meant to be used for transport and sorts of recon bases as well as a way to bring some military muscle in the South of the world instead of just the north. It is also there to bring Communist support to fellow alliance members of the Red bloc Army. 200,000 military and scientific staff are being transported to antarctica from the Soviet pacific fleet.

Where exactly do you intend to build this base, considering that there are numerous treaties specifically against military presence in Antarctica?

Around alexander island. No Weapons testing will be done in antarctica. I assure you. It's only a few small port bases to transport things as well as detecting missiles.

TROUSRS will be monitoring the movements of the Red Bloc Army, as we do not approve of it's expansion, nor do we approve of Russian Forces existance, but that's another story..
