I knew it had begun again. His guilt was always showing through, now. He had killed too many, in too short a time. Never had he thought at young that he would be a merciless and brutal killer in the future. He had been knighted, awarded crosses, and been honored too many times to count. No other man in the nation had his tactfulness emitted through combat, and many had attempted it, meeting the same bloody demise at the end of their journey of experience.

‘Sir? Sir!?’ the servant asked urgently, bowing before the Great man before him.

‘What is it, peasant? Is it another foolish request by those of your kind to bless them? Or is it something of urgent substance?’ answered this Great man in a bellow, almost making the servant shiver.

‘Sir, He has returned. He’s already in Koln!’

‘What? How is this possible? Didn’t our security spot him before? How could this happen…. Oh no. is the power-grid in that area on?’

‘No, sir.’ Then, noticing the mans dire expression, ‘what’s wrong?’

‘Nothing, nothing at all…. Leave my sight before you lose your head. NOW!’

The power-grid is down… he’s doing it again. He’s going to attack him. I must find some way of stopping him!

(ooc: now, make someone trying to stop this being that is attacking that city.
Note: The being is a mutated human that recently escaped a biological testing facility. You will notice him by a weeping each time he kills someone.
So far, Koln has no power, and the streets are in chaos. Also, this being can create apparitions.)

Zhou tapped his computer again. Nothing. Still, it was only his first week in Koln, and maybe this was a common occurence. With no power, it was going to be a struggle to finish his report on time.

He sighed. It was time to relax. With a groan, he moves out of his apartment into the dark night and sets up his 10 x 10 telescope. Astronomy had always been one of his pet hobbies; he had spent his childhood helping his astronaut father prepare for work; he had watched with pride when the Shenzhou XII landed on the Moon, carrying his father.

He began observing the night sky. With no power in the city, conditions were perfect.
