I have got about 15 million of people of one of my ethnic minorities(not listed as citizens in my factbook). I'm looking for a good home for them. They are not showing any co-operation in their naturalisation & assimilation proccess.
A country that is willing to take them should be a non-oppresive one, with at least "strong" ecomy, good "civil rights" rate and so "politocal rights". For it's own sake, that country should have at least 85 million citizens.

I am truly happy that someone is willing to welcome those poor souls in his own native land. I am also sure thst you would be sattisfied with them, as for they are of almost pure Aryan origin. However I am also afraid that the civil laws are too low, and they may encounter some problems with that, as for they really are used to rule, not to be ruled.

Although the "rights" rates are a bit lower than we have expected, we find, that The FoA should be a pleasent home for them. We are currently preparing to load them into trains, and send their goods soon afterwards. A proper act is being prepared to allow us to take over their houses and lland-properties, and repay a proper compensation. Please tell us when will you be ready to welcome them and prepare temporary refugee camps.

We, the people of Cirith Ungul, would be happy to take your sla---[cough cough] refugees into our homeland. I'm sure we can give them a good home. In fact, if the rest of your nation wishes to join, then we'd be happy to use---take them in.

Additionally, we could always attempt to take you over. We could use the extra space. Think of how much fun it would be, having your homes destroyed and your lives crushed by rampaging hordes of annoying people!

The Federation of Azbinia is presently ready to accept these refugees. Temporary accommodation has been prepared in school auditoria and at decommissioned military bases. Contact agents from Citizenship and Immigration will prepare these new candidates for citizenship for life in Azbinia with courses in Azbinian society and culture, job skills, and the official languages. Families will not be separated and our contact agents will assist in the integration of the refugees into our multicultural society.

I apologize for the delay in responding. It has taken a while to get sufficient preparations in order.
