Temperary Rules: (Borrowed From Other NBC Thread)
Intro
If you may remember, there were two nations, NBC and MSNBC, who were later owned by Nanakaland. Of course, they ceased to exist. Recently, they have been resurrected by the moderation team of NationStates. Their first report [after they came back] was only for the region of The Kingdom of the Midlands. However, now NBC and MSNBC will go inter-regional. We will post weekly and monthly news updates on regional message boards on willing regions.
How It Works
First, a regional founder or delegate must allow NBC or MSNBC into their region once a week for the Weekly Report and once a month for the Monthly Report and announce it publicly to their regional members so they know.
Next, all nations in that region may submit news items via telegram to NBC or MSNBC. It must include a source or your nation's name is just put there.
Example:
The Legion of Defence (LoD) has been created recently. Its first service is the NationStates Protectorate Service (NSPS). The NationStates Protectorate Service was an instant success after its creation. In fact, the Legion of Defence came a day after the NationStates Protectorate Service! Another service in the LoD is the League of Saviours. Created by The Last Anarchy Order, it brings aid to war torn lands. The LoD’s charter is currently under development, but the charter drafting will speed up after the LoD elections are over. The elections end today. The Legion of Defence is closely allied with the region of The Kingdom of the Midlands, as Nanakaland (the LoD founder) is residing in The Kingdom of the Midlands.

After that, we edit it slightly (if at all) and await Friday for the publishing of the latest weekly edition. All topics are either grouped as World News (goes to every signed up region), Regional News (goes to those in region(s) relevent), or More News Topics (miscilanious news topics that go to every signed up region).
We then go to each region and post the Weekly Report on the regional message board. Once a month, we put the best news items on the Monthly Report.
Remember that some articles may be delayed a week or never shown due to too much news. If there is always too many news items, I will change the rules of this slightly so both NBC and MSNBC post a Weekly Report.
These rules may change at any time. Any questions?

Wedding bells are tolling in the nation of Euroslavia with the announcement of the nearby marriage of SAVX's Führer's son, Daniel Müller, and Euroslavia's King's daughter, Jaina Lawrence. The list of attendees is heavily restricted, mostly limited to the families of the two, and some restricted media access. The area will be heavily guarded, but the Führer has promised to keep the conspicuousness of those assigned to the task to a minimum, so as to not ruin the moment. Leaders from other nations in region are welcome to attend as well.

The Syntec Science Labs have done it again; they've created another wonderful masterpiece. This latest creation is a new type of body armor, the Combat Armor Mk.IV. Utilizing new polymers and titanium, the armor's hardpoints are virtually invulnerable to gun rounds of up to 30mm AP, as well as light explosives, such as RPGs. The hardpoints are designed to cover most of the body, with the rest covered by Kevlar fabric. The armor also comes with an armored gas mask and built-in infrared/night-vision goggles. Test runs will be performed against the armor in a few days. Should any nation's defense leaders want to view the test runs to determine whether they would be interested in any, they are welcome, as long as they register beforehand by contacting the SAVX Defense Agency.

Paladins score at World Cup 11. Whilst fellow regional allies engage in massive crusades against enemies foreign and domestic, the New Montreal States have a different preoccupation: Soccer. World Cup 11 qualifiers are well underway, and the New Montreal States Paladins are on top of group 8*. People have been tuning out foreign policy. A T.V. debate on A-Corp was canceled in favor of broadcasting the game between the number 2 and 3 teams in group 8 live rather than on tape delay. Make no mistake, the citizens of NMS still support their troops, oppose the UBFF, GCON and A Corp and join the army. But even soldiers in war zones are taking time to watch the chaos back home as the Paladins score win after win in qualifiers.
* This is approximate. Today's game was against the number 2 team in the group, but I have no clue how it went since the forums are going @$^#&*@~!

TKotM followed by sending Nanakan Diplomats, a puppet nation designed for diplomatic talks. We are all hopeful that our diplomatic relations in the future will be positive.

Here si the news from my little country. We enforce our military by buying some militaries from Moontian this week. Our Military will be use and paid by 4 countries that will be exchanging military as needed.

His Lordship Lincoln Davis Atticus Auerilius has been reported to be dead due to injuries related to a fall he had whilst hunting. The doctors at St. Matthias Hospital-at-Luxorn have decreed that had His Lordship lived through the night, His Lordship would have operated at a 7 year old's capacity. His Lordship will be buried in the Royal Grounds in the Luxorn Fields.
Due to the nature of the even, His Excellency has dictated that the nation go under a fortnight of grieving. All people of the four islands will dress in black in public events. Everday the prayer of St. Matthias's Salvation shall be uttered in hopes of His Lordship being ascended to the Third Circle of Heaven. These rituals will not apply to diplomats, although respect is highly encouraged for His Excellency's son.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs would also like to state that a replacement has been chosen as the ambassador to CLankerton due to the need of Her Ladyship Melina Margaret's presence at the Royal Household.

His Excellency Marcus Auerilius Mattias the III has stepped aside for his daughter, Her Ladyship Melina Margaret. His Excellency has declined for any comment on those actions, simply just that Her Ladyship is now Grand Duchess of Luxornburg.
As a result of this action, Her Ladyship will no longer be referred to as such. She will now be addressed as Her Elegancy and has appointed her sister as heir. Her Elegancy has also decreed it forth that her residence will be in the traditional Matthias Hold Palace with the former Winter Residence used as for His Excellency's home.
