After nearly 5 years of research another superweapon is ready to enter the Belem arsenal.
The Blight is a bacterium viral mix. The viral agent is dorment until a set reproduction age in the bacteria where a certain deformity occurs which allows the viral agent to become active.
The Blight when deployed over an area will poison and kill most plant life except for perhaps extremely large trees(depending on concentration in the area it could.) As the blight reproduces it spreads outwards on its killing spree at approx. the 50 miles mark the genetic defect will appear in the youngest generation and the virus will kill that generation off preventing the blight from spreading any further.
