I know how to calculate Defence Budgets and all, but I was wondering what would be the best way to Role-Play gaining.. In the sence, woudl it be best (And not considered godmodding) if you did a yearly budget?
Or would you have to wait for the Budget to regain?
Say: You spend 1 Billion on a small military, would you have to wait untill your budget is at 2 Billion, then deduct from what you had spent before? (And be left with 1 Billion once more)
Any input would be much appreciated.
