In Character United Nations
The IC UN functions just the like the real life UN. We propose, then vote on resolutions, though 67 percent of the nations must vote for it to pass. We also vote on whether to help others in a war when asked upon. We can build a UN military that will fight the wars we choose to participate in, with generals from each country. All members should also register here (http://ourgreatnsserver.board.dk3.com/2/index.php). This is where we will have our meetings to discuss resolutions, proposals. ETC.
This Role Play setup will have a far more realistic setup, and "delegates" will gain standing not only by their ability to spam their region for support, but by intelligent discussion as well. And I'm sure we'll get to know many of the frustrations experienced by real life UN delegates, hehe :-)
