Firstly, dangerous criminal elements within Kadursk have precipitated a necessary peace keeping operation by our allies within the Protectorate. Former Mordorian officials are now in the city ensuring the safety and security of the honest citizens of Kadursk. We urge our people to support this endeavour so that peace and safety can return quickly to our streets.
Foreign nationals are advised to remain indoors as we cannot guarantee their safety from elvish terrorism and criminal activity.
We'd also like to applaud the loyalty and courage of our allies from Dundaine who have been invaluable in assisting in this peace keeping mission.
Secondly, I'm happy to report that the courageous Captain Thrand, chief of security for Kadursk, is recovering well from his injuries. Captain Thrand was shot yesterday by an unknown sniper using an advanced rail rifle of alien design. He's now in a stable condition, and sends his gratitude for the messages of support and goodwill that he has received.
And here is a message from me personally to the would be assassin.
