The port city of Kadursk on the edge of the Former Mordorian Protectorate has become the haven and training ground of terrorist and criminal forces who for too long have held the civilian population under thrall and fear.
Enough is enough.
Our benevolent and compassionate ruler has decreed that for the sake of the innocent population of Kadursk and environs the peace keeping forces of the Former Mordorian protectorate will take charge of the city's security and ensure that dangerous and criminal elements are removed.
Foreign nationals are advised to remain indoors during the peace keeping operation for their own protection from terrorist counter strikes.
We appreciate the support and non intervention of allied nations, particularly the Dundaine people whose assistance has proven invaluable.
