Sweden, 9 million people exports the JAS 39 Gripen air fighter/recon plane. One of the most advanced planes in the world. So yes, it can.

Yes, yes you can. As long as it's one or two. Try to use existing componants or a real life design. I sold my first aircraft(F-20A Tigershark) on day 4. Within a week I sold F-20A, F-5G(a twin engined F-20) and the A-37 and I have yet to look back. :wink:
