The Allied States of Tarlachia would like to put an official broadcast for a request to have a foreign nation assist in creating a new flag for Tarlachia, according to our specifications. Our previous contractor has disappeared from even the scopes of NationStates, and thus, we have not recieved the flag we requested. Appropriate payment will be in monetary value, and the contract will be sold to the nation for a negotiable amount of money. Greater interest will be shown to nations that provide the lowest bottom line. (OOC: Duh lol)
