There have recently been a number of discoveries of hidden villages of ninja in the nation of Sigma Octavus. The government has realized the talents of some of the members of these villages could be of great use. As such, a group of assassins was assembled from the villages, and are simply known as 'Hunters'. There are four groups, each with their own leader.

Shiin (pic subject to change.)

Shiin is the leader of the Hunters. He is a very experienced ninja, reportedly one of the best.

Dokuja

Dokuja is a young female ninja. Despite her age, she has excellent aim with any and all throwing weapons. She tends to dress in non-ninja ways, but this helps her to infiltrate a target's location.

Kyoujin

Kyoujin is a very smart ninja. She has an IQ of 168 and uses her brain to plan and strategize an attack. The other shinobi of her village would often look to her for tips and tactics. After her plan has gone through, she takes down her target with twin blades.

Saiko

Saiko is nearly insane. He uses a katana on every target, and will often kill dozens of people to get to the target. He sees everything between him and his target as nothing. He has stacked up nearly 3,000 confirmed kills.

OOC: Some of these folks look familiar, from the Tenchu adds, I think...
Good balance of brawn, brains, and skill, though. It will be interesting to see how these folks operate as a team.

Hmm....very un-Ninja like. What are the different clans? Why did they allow their pictures to be taken? Did they reveal tactics as well? I doubt you have an authentic group of Ninja, and instead a group of semi-talented pretenders who wear older clothes and run around calling themselves Ninja. But, if you wish to think they are authentic Ninja, I will not permit you from doing so.

OOC: When it comes to Ninja, PS2 and XBOX are not your friends.

Intresting but no Ninja is a match for an RSC operative, RSC operatives in training have been known take out Ninja without being detected and being competely silent even in the kill and the Nikja while are also deadly masters of stealth who kill without a sound being made. but intresting anyway.
