No, there isn`t. Fluid time, as it suits you.

Many players use the 1RL day = 1 NS year ratio for the run-of-the-mill actions. When you're roleplaying something, the time is rather fluid- each post might be a a few seconds or cover months of time. It's entirely up to you.
