Emperor Gernx arrived on a Zoir imperal fast cruiser, the only of its type made only for transporting the Emperor, along with serveral sceincists, historians, scribes, and other experts on the anceint enemy as well to record information. This was the frist time in many eons that the emperor of the Ancient Imperalm had ever left Zoir space in countless millenia.

Soon, the entire LRR Battlegroup arrives at the assembly point, the Edmond Halley Super Dreadnaught and Stephen Hawking and Nelson Mandela battlecruisers at the head of a massive armada. Several freigters also hang among the battlegroup, for no real reason except to beef up numbers.

Flag Admiral Dennis Kucinich heads the massive fleet. He steps aboard the Zoir outpost wearing a high-quality fes, and a traditional LRR admiral's uniform along with a pair of aviator sunglasses. Next comes a group of Adm. 2Os and Adm. 3Os dressed in their regular uniforms, but wearing a collection of has ranging from feses to sombreros and crash helmets.

The Zoir nodded. "He is coming aboard at the third docking bay." He was refering to one of the massive docking bays of the huge outpost some of which were big enough to hold an Imperal Cruiser or several battleships of other races and was more than big enough for the Imperal fast Cruiser.

The experts had alright disbarked to join their Zoir fellows and the Altantian sciencists and at that time the Zoir Emperor dismbarked from the crusier. He was tall even for the bear like Zoir, standing at 9 ft 3 ins., dressed an heavy Blue/grey battle armor with a metalic looking blood red/yellow cape bellowing behind him. Two Imperal guards followed behind him.

The LRR delegation follows behind the Zoir. The fes-festooned captains are flanked by several LRR naval infantrymen, dressed in their regular uniforms and wearing those cool padded hats that are popular in afghanistan. Admiral Kucinich's uniform is covered in various medals, some chocolate, some actual awards. He carries an air of authority, of power, enhanced by his sunglasses and bright red fes. He also wears a cape, but his is actually a stolen persian rug tied to his chestplate armor with duct tape and superglue.

The first ship to arrive from Draconis Nightcrawlis was 'The Ensiferum' which was one of only two Pyramid Crusers owned by the Draconian Starfleet. Aboard was the Kingdoms most senior diplomat, John Cornforth. Other ships would arrive later, but for now the King had decided to send a diplomat in first.

Once docked, John disembarked. He was flanked by two royal Draconian guards each armed with a zat'ni'katel, a small handheld weapon that shoots a bolt of energy that will render a victim unconcious. He was sure that someone would be there to welcome them.

OOC: I have changed my name from the FEDERATION of Biel-Tan Eldar to Craftworld of Biel-Tan Eldar, however the actuall craftworld is a planet that will be discovered during the RP.

IC: 3 ships are seen in the distance. All 3 appear to be scouts, each one however was 3 times the normal scout size, and all of them were carrying a strangely reflective surface underneath each of their ships. And as the ships began to approach the abandoned Zoir Outposts. They sent out a strange looking drone, it broadcasted “The (former) Federation of Biel-Tan Eldar has sent us as envoys, please acknowledge…!”

Admiral Kucinichwalks up to orion, followed by his entourage of other admirals and captains, as well as naval infantrymen. He is a tall, at almost eight feet, well-built humanoid with bushy sideburns that protrude nearly to his chin from under the rim of his fes. He brushes aside the tassle of his fes and shakes Orion's hand. He then moves to the side, and the rest of the delegation does the same.

Emperor Gernx Nodded. "Indeed That is true most of the Galaxy was not effected at all. So they don't see what a threat they are and if we mange to defeat the ancient enemy again. they still won't see what a threat they are. The Eldar delegates were wrapped in layers of cloth, their features were all but invisible. And only the trained eye could make out that they were fairly small. Standing just 7 feet tall cloaked by layers of cloth, they still seemed to move with strong fluid motions. But now they were waiting observing all that were present. 3 “delegates” were there in total, one who was higher in rank sat, the others stood behind their leader. They stood watching, hardly moving, and not making a single sound at all. Upon hearing “The last war is but a skirmish to what is coming.” The one on the left behind their leader began to move forward but a slim gloved hand stretched out and grabbed him by the shoulder. No words were exchanged but the 3 seemed quite tense, and unnaturally ready.

"Well, hopefully we will be able to defeat the demon forces. While they claim to be 'superior,' superior apparently means something entirely different than it does to us. Many LRR citizens themselves have refuted this claim. GSX-334B has himself claimed to be more sentinent than these Demons. They are arrgent beyond reason but powerful, but that arregence is what we used against them in the thousand year war before we trapped their last fleet in an dead universe before they escaped for the demon war. Emperor Gernx spoke. "Indeed since we have the longest history with the ancient enemy of my race. We frist acounted the demons Over a hundred and 12 Millenia ago. By then we had been in space for 20 millenia and minded our own business having colonized by then what is now our core worlds and the most of the Zoir noble Teritories by then. We had heard rumors of races being wiped out horrablely along the fringes of the Galaxy but payed no mind to it intil the Demon Fleet came to our door steps. They wiped out an peacful nearby race that we traded with in a manner so horrable and vile that the politest way to put it is that they tortured them horrablely beyond words, slaughtered them and consumed their flesh. When they came to us they made the demands that we surrunder so they they could do the same and we refused starting the Imprisoning War. We fought them for a thousand years in war that was vicious and horrid. Picture a war beyond your worse nightmares and times that by hundred times and it would not reach this war. Finally an expecally gifted Leader won a series of great battles and lured the enemy to a dead solar system and using an great deviced devoloped by our sciencists we casted the demon fleet into an dead universe and imprisoned them." He paused for a moment and then continued. "After the great war, we were so scare about the return of the enemy that we set out and founded an Galaxic empire that covered most of the Galaxy for an hundred thousand years before its fall due to a deadly antiZoir virus unlessed by a dieing race that was being attacked by a Zoir noble, to prepare for the return of the Ancient Enemy maybe even in greater force. We even destroyed wholeworlds of races that resisted as the Atlantians, who ancient homeworld was destoryed forcing the few survivers of the race to flee to earth, could testify to. We justifed such actions as for being for the greater good to protect the rest of the galaxy against the ancient enemy. Then we spend a thousand years in chaos under the rule of warlord who fought over the remaining parts of the empire before the return of Imperal power. But of the escape of the demon fleet from the dead universe, that could be best told by those who found the frist escaped ship. Orion"

Space distorted; momentarily unobservible, befor reality itself gave birth to a sizible Kanuckistani fleet just under a light second away from the confrence location. At it core sat the thirteen kilometer bulk of the KHGV Sword of Inevitible Justice, the Tunguska-class Battleplate flanked by a pair of smaller, three kilometer long Thunderhead-class Superfortresses; the KHGV Not Covered Under Warrenty, and the -KHGV Have a Nice Day. Arrayed in rows of six above and below the capital ships were a dozen Dark Valor-class frigates, their 350 meter long hulls belaying the awsome power within.

In short order the fleet made it's way to the base; joining the other ships stationed there while cloaked marine shock-pods ferryed the Admiral and his staff to the confrence. After quickly navigating the corridors, five figures steped in adorned in Kanuckistani Naval White power-armoured duty uniforms; heavy battleplate belaying their ease and speed of movement, while shield lenses, retracted helms, and empty weapons hardpoints bespoke of funcunality.

The First to enter was a square-jawed caucasian hunam, a hair over two meters enarmoured and wearing the rank of Admiral; following him was what can be best described as an ebon-furred hunamoid fox, roughtly five and a half feet tall and bearing the rank of Commodore, while beside her a dark skinned man of african descent stood a foot above her and bearing similar rank. Of the two that followed, one was a tall pale-skined elf, the other posessing a squat dwarfish figure and face; both captains.

"Sorry for the poor timing of our arrival," the Admiral said upon the first gap in conversation following their arrival, the deligation having seated themselves between now and then, "But with local forces already reserved for another engagment, I was forced to reach across the galaxy to the Home Cluster to assemble my fleet."

The LRR delegation follows Orion to the docking bay. Outside the station, whenever a viewport is in sight, is a good deal of the LRR unbound space fleet. EDIT: Almost 2am now(Atlantic, not Eastern, BTW), and the boards are working perfectly.

IC: Senator Orion turned on a large screen on the wall near the Demon Ship.
"Their ships are comprised of pure Photons. Frozen Photons, that is. That means light-baised weapons, like Lasers, Phasers and Plasma weaponry, are completly inneffective. Hpwever, they are still vurnurable to Torpedos, blast partical weaponry, and AO's own Orcalic weaponry. They use a variaty of weapons as well. Plasma Cannons, Transphasic Torpedos, Beam Cannons, Subspace weapons, as well as many other weapons that are compleatly unknown to us. They are capable of using both Warp/Hyperspace, and Jumpnodes, and can cloak if need be. This race is indeed a formitable foe"

Emperor Gernx spoke. "Laser and Plasma weapons only cause only with vast amounts power behind them and the only things that produce that much power is are Geratic cores and Zernsi Cores and those are used only by my own people who know the secrets in making them. Subspace weapons are tricky to defend agaist, We have few such weapons, mainly defensive in nature however there is a people in this Galaxy that made Good offensive subspace weapons but they are not here. The enemy is not easy to fight but they can be fought, As Zoir we prepared our tactics and stratagies as well made our ships and defenses to fight agaist the ancient enemy. Which is one of the reasons they broke like water on the rocks agaist our defenses the last war. But this will not be an easy war."

"Indeed. We also incorperated some Demon technology on ourships, but this new ship that we have is more advanced. As the fleet that we faced last time was stuck for many millenia, few advancments took place. But the homeworld had all of the recorces it needed. Even the Zoir defences might not even be enough anymore"

Emperor Gernx nodded. "Indeed, which is why we continued to improve them though, but one must always expect someone one was not prepared for. That fleet fought in the demon war was not at full strength, They had lost many ships in the imprisoning war, they had lost whole classes of warships in their fleet during that war."

The Kanuckistani Admiral David McKenzie nodded absently as he mulled the new information over, "I'll be sure to have the laser-heads pulled from all ship magizines and replaced with something more apropriate. Anything you'd recomend? Also, how effective are kinetic weapons? Our primary armament consist of a sort of particle beam, dubed a cryo-atomic laser; where gas is cooled to extreamly near absoloute zero, so that the atoms take on some of the properties of waves, allowing them to be lased into a coherent near-lightspeed beam, and then passed through inertial direct-drive coils to impart tremendous amounts of kinetic energy."

"kinetic weapons are fine. Hell, any weapons ae fine as long as they arn't baised on light."
Orion then turned to face the screen agian. He changed what was on it with a click of the remote.
"The size of the invading fleet is about the 6 times the size of the Zoir fleet itself. In other words, they are looking for their scouting party from th last war i.e. the last fleet to invade.

Outside a trio of warships appeared out of hyperspace. Led by the newest acquisition of the 5CN Space Navy, the Nebula Class Strike Cruiser. Studded with hidden weaponry, the Nebula was one of the most powerful warships ever built...

Grand Admiral Horatio Gates Nelson stood and gestured out the window.

"As you can see, that beautiful vessel is the new Nebula Class Strike Cruiser, possessing the firepower of a battleship and the speed of a frigate... Armed with quantum pulse cannons and atom cannons, this vessel packs a whopping punch. The Five Civilized Nations hopes to use this vessel in hit-and-run attacks, but we need better data on the Daemons to improve it completely and increase its survivability..."

For the first time the eldar delegates spoke. <Yes they are there… somewhere>.

“It appears that our ships have both a large advantage and a large disadvantages. For we have developed a very specialized fleet, which completely relies on diversity and teamwork.” Said the delegate standing on the right.

“For what we have is ships that can literally create a wall of fire, some do so with lasers, 12 heavy beam cannons to be exact on the front of the ship, however over 100 on each of the sides. We do however pay a price for such firepower, for as we have fast and heavily armed ships, they have little in the way or armor, and maneuverability ones the fighting starts. That is why we have drone ships, which similarly to carriers carry fighter, which are specially designed to block, or shoot down oncoming missiles and lasers. They can produce a heavy shield wall, however that only works on 1 side and requires large amounts of drones, and they are very vulnerable to impact weapons. However our greatest pride is the gunboat class of warships, for instead of lasers it fires missiles, hordes of hordes bordering on nearly limitless missiles ( technology of a warp bubble allows for storage of nearly and infinite amount of supplies, however they can only be produced on the home bases and are difficult to maintain inside a ship. ) Our gunboats range from small (which can fire up to 50 missiles at a time from the front), to medium (100 missiles) to the very large (200+ missiles) every 60seconds.” Continued the delegate on the left.

“And we are willing not only to offer the full extent of our military to this operation as well as technology to this cause.” Finished the delegate in the center, each of the mysteriously clad figures saying each of their parts one after another, without a hint of movement.

"No light, eh? Well, ion cannons are electrical weapons, not light weapons, and antimatter cannons, well, they speak for themselves."

The Admiral raised a questioning eyebrow at the LRR representitive's comment, "If they're made of light, one would think there wouldn't be much for anti-matter to react with."

"What exactly is their estimated fleet strength? We don't have hard numbers on Zoir's fleet composition, so the comparison you gave means little."

"As for our capital ships, they are fortresses; an armada's worth of firepower behind planetary-grade shields, wraped in a thick hide of armour to match, and, thanks to an inertialess secondary drive with low-FTL capabilities, posessing nearly unparalelled tactical mobility. They are but a handful, however."

"If you can draw off elements of their fleet, we should be able to pull them into realspace with our FTL inhibitors, and destroy them in detail. Divide and conquor, as it were."

Outside, several multi-kilometer Kanuckistani fleet tenders displace in; as the meeting continues, tens of thousands of missiles are exchanged between them and the Kanuckistani warships, including several dozen exparimental anti-fleet models.
