Once they are at a certain age and economical strength, yes. BUT, you are too young and your economy is that of a 3rd world country. Saying you have nukes in your conditions is godmodding, and godmodding will be met with a nice IGNORE by a vast majority of NS players.

Or casually pointing out that a third-world country is utilizing internationally illegal resources to develop an arms plaform, which will gladly be dealt with by a fraction of a percentage of Clivehim's armed forces.

I can assure you, Clivehim totes some of the best military personell in the world. Many of Clivehim's Special Forces sectors, for example, are so numerous that many of their residence and training facilities are situated in allied foreign territories.

Clivehim is an armed republic. Its entire base government is a militaristic conservative republic, and her armed forces are most assuredly skilled as they are numerous. Please save your meager attempts to make yourself look better and talk sense, rather than taunts.

But you did say you have "some" of the best in the world, right? That would imply that your military could stand up to almost anything. As strong as my country may be, it can't take what some of the larger more powerful nations can dish out.

First off, no. Saying I have well-trained soldiers does not mean or imply that I can take on anyone or anything.

My point is don't say that your nation has some of the best of anything when you can't back it up. If I wanted to be a real prick, I'd say you're still a newb because you don't frequent the forum/ post enough, but I'd never say that.

As strong as ANY nation's military is, it's just impossible to not be beaten. The entire statement of "My training is the best" or "My equipment is the best" is pretty worthless, because regardless of how well-trained, how well-equipped, or how well-planned your attack is, luck will always be against you in battle. A United States Marine can be taken down by an 11-year-old with an AK47 just as easily as a Spetsnas could do it, if that soldier's having a bad day.

And referring back to my example, Israel does take pride in their insane army. But they also recognize that they don't stand a chance against before-said superpowers. My having told Holy Saints that Clivehim's military is well-trained was only in response to a direct insult on it. Again, no point.

I'm definitely not up in arms over it, since I'm currently in the process of biding my time until I can get my full technological prowess to bear; I can do some seriously sick stuff with realistic technology that I can guarantee will be accused of god-moding because they didn't think of it first. So until I hit 1.5 or more, I'm just waiting to unveil the "fun-tech". ;)
