Sweedish longball is a game involving two teams of 7 there is a batting and fielding team (like cricket).
Equipment a bat (cricket bat) and a ball (footballsized tennis ball).
When batting you have to hit the ball and run round a cone, there are two ways to get 'out' you can be caught- when a fielder catches the ball without it touching the ground, and being 'hit' if the ball hits your legs.
The aim of the fielding side is to get all the batting side 'out' for as few runs as possible.
