Quite a long time ago, one nation or another (which one is not known to the MSRA) was pursuing rail-driver technology. The Automite Bureau of Science-Department of Weaponry is interested in working with other nations in creating both rifles and AA guns that employ this technology. We've been able to get large scale devices along this line to work, but they require high maintenance and nuclear power plants to generate enough power. Anything smaller than a fixed artillery site is impossible for our nation to achieve. "I'm sorry, but we cannot help you achieve your AA rail guns.
(OOC: My self-imposed rule... no small rail tech.)

EDIT: Seems not. Oh well, we'll just have to R&D this one on our own, once the situation with Danakar is over.
