The AS of RBC seeks to sell Cigars!

The Government of the Allied States of Rabid Black Chows announces that it has lifted its international export ban on its fine cigars, including the once unavailable to the public RBC Candela.
The RBC Candela was once available only on Chow Force One to guests of the Chief of State, but is now available in bulk to any nation with money. Other brands are available, including the RBC Rednecka, a smooth blend of RBC long-cut tobacco grown in our rainforest region, wrapped in a triple-aged maduro wrapper. Also suitable for chewing.
Inquiries should be directed to the Minister of Smokes, Tabithaville, Allied States of Rabid Black Chows, or your local AS of RBC embassy. Telegrams accepted 9-5 weekdays and select national holidays.

Hey, we're willing to deal. The AS of RBC will gladly accept hard currency or material goods.

We'd be willing to trade various spirits (wine, beer, hard stuff) for a variety of your own cigars.

Sounds like we can make a deal. Since our inception as a nation, we have sought two things -- diplomatic recognition and good booze.
We'd gladly trade 10,000 cases of both our RBC Candela and RBC Rednecka (10 boxes of 25 cigars each per case) over a one-year period for a steady stream of whiskey (single malts if you've got them) and spiced rum.
The Ministry of Smokes would gladly entertain what you thought was a fair offer of quantity.
Sincerely,
Jack Bacarat

Sounds good. For 10,000 cigars we'd trade 30,000 [24 oz] bottles of Consolidated Foods' Premium Whiskey, and an identical amount of Premium Spiced Rum -- all in all, 60,000 (50/50 of each) for 20,000 cigars.
The whole deal would go through Oglethorpia's largest distributor, Federated Industries -- but in the interest of relations, the gov't will pickup any trade tariffs for the period of the year's shipments.
Here's to more successful dealings between our countries!

The PrattCo Conglomerate is interested in establishing a longterm shipping route, exporting your fine Rednecka and Candela cigars in exchange for equivalent values in McCloskey's Fine Ale, produced by GFE. We prefer to delegate actual amounts to our subcorps, which will negotiate individually according to market pressures rather than us controlling exact prices beforehand. We feel this 'hands-off' approach will better suit our respective economies. Of course, if this is unacceptable, we are willing to hear other offers as an alternative. Please let us know either way.

Director Love:
Thank you for your interest in the fine fruits of the Rabid Black Chows rainforest.
We would be happy, under the auspices of our NationalStogie state-held corporation, to enter into a long-term trade relationship. However, it should be noted that we have currently committed fully half of our national production capacity to the nation of Oglethorpia.
Given that our own nation enjoys a fine, mild cigar on average of four times per week, only one-quarter of our production is available for export. While the Ministry of Finance would no doubt love to see us export our entire crop, both the Council of States and Public Assembly have demanded that prices and supply be maintained at reasonable levels for our citizens.
Both the growers of RBC tobacco and the taxpayers of our Allied States thank you for your patronage. We will forward our proposals to our embassy in your capital.
Sincerely,
Eric Ashton
