Omnigeo Aerospace has unveiled its winning design for the Dodekistan Army's attack helicopter contract. It has been designated the AH-77 Viking, and it is equipped with the latest in electronic warfare hardware and high end modular computer systems enabling it to dominate the skies over the modern land and urban battlefield.

It's twin turboshaft engines provide 4,000 lbs of horsepower each, which enables the Viking to travel at nearly 300 knots in combat configuration. It's primary armament is two pods of 70mm radar guided rockets and twin 20mm vulcan cannons with 2,000 rounds of API (armor piercing incindiary). The cannons maximum rate of fire is 1000 rounds per minute.

Its skin is made of radar absorbing composite material, which gives the Viking a small radar cross section. Beneath the skin is a layer of titanium, reinforced in vital areas with ceramic armor. The titanium armor can withstand hits from normal .50 BMG ammunition, and the ceramic reinforced areas can take a limited number of hits from standard (not armor piercing) 20mm rounds.

The Viking is equipped with a full electronic warfare package. There is a pod on the mast which contains an infrared camera, radar antenna, laser designator, EMFECM pod, and a radio jamming antenna. Sophisticated computers and terrain following radar compliments forward looking infrared sensors, enabling the Viking to be an all weather, day or nighttime threat to enemies of Dodekistan.
