The people in the current Loyalist Government led by the Wagner Administration knew they had little hope of avoiding a full Civil War, they also knew that they would lose if they started out unprepared, so several units of the Citizen Force were being called up for duty in a quiet manner, then shipped quietly in civilian vehicles to hidden Preparation Zones, at the PZs they recieved special gear for survival in the harsh Mazakian Outback, desert boots, cloaks, special water packs, the like, then these units, few of them bigger than a Company, began spreading into the Outback to make ready.
