Following finalisation of the deal the protectorate of Roania was handed over to the peoples of Menelmacar and the Lady Sirithil. The losses the Kionash had suffered there, the loss of Mel'Nais for example made the place too much effort to control. Added was the very real fear of the Gaurdians stationed there taking out their rage and anger on the populace.

The deal they had struck ment the Kionash where not leaving Earth completly the Island of Tumnore had been turned over to the Kionash, unihabited it provided them with the perfect place to build what the needed. The first of the Wraithbone Singers landed and began the long and ardous process, Months if not years of work lay ahead of the Kionash when completed a veritable fortress would be created here on Earth. A Spaceport for the Asuryan Fleets a Wet navy port, if they should desire it, an Airport with it's own Craft stationed in the area.

A base of operations on Earth. In the center would stand a the largest structure, the halls of the Farseer of Earth Galdern. it would form the center of his departments in Xenos Study, and the largest collection of Warlocks and other Seers outside of Tor Yvresse itself. It also served as a place for Farseers to quickly travel to Earth and then to other nations, and not coincidently also housed enough craft to transport a detachment of Aspect Warriors and supporting equipment anywhere on Earth in response to any threat to the Council.

A Day passes and the first act of the council on the Island was a simple renaming. No longer Tumnore they renamed it Lamarti-Deash. ((Khaine's Door)) as it would be a place of War most likely for the Council a further increase in their abilty to project force upon the Earth.

The scarab was a small thing, a little thing, about a foot in length, it sat with its razor sharp legs buried in a piece of driftwood far from the island, and watched silently, patiently observing the eldar, occasionally its mandibles would twitch, it would very much like, as much as it's simple programming had desires, to go and kill one of the bonesingers, but it would wait, its mission said so, Mephet'ran had great plans for this place, soon it would prove to be of great use to him.

Menelmacar welcomes the Kionash Tor Yvresse to the fertile realms of Tareldanorë. The island they have been ceded has quite the history, having until recently been the highest point of the Empire of the Eternal Dawn, now lost to the waves of Belegaer. We thank them also for having ceded us, in return, the Menelmacari Imperial Protectorate of Roania. I am sure that both of us will make fine use of our new lands, and that our friendship will grow ever closer as a result.

OOC Minor update construction on the Island has been halted, and the people have left. Until events in another thread are finished this has been put on a major back burner.

Like the proverbial Von Neumann machines, the Tomb–Spyders swarmed secure in their makeshift hives burrowed into the rock of Lamarti-Deash. In the absence of the Eldar, the creatures had had time to dig in, dozens of warrens of them were scattered across the island. They were a rather cliché area denial weapon, they worked by taking in material from their surroundings and making more of themselves, and whatever they needed. There were still only a few hundred of them though. Unlike the pop culture version, they took time to replicate.

They of course, did not plan to take the island themselves – instead they would merely dig, and dig, and build other tools needed. They’d gone to some lengths to remain hidden, but there were many sensors available to the advanced and sophisticated Eldar that could detect them. When the ‘Spyders’ – an illiterates spelling of spider to be sure – were done, there would rest a Necron base below Lamarti-Deash. And if they failed - they could always fall back on the bomb.

Slowly the Eldar where returning to the Island and Construction was re-started. The Central tower for Galdern recieved the main attention, the aim being to eventually have a structure as deep as it was tall. the end structure to house not only magical Research Labs, but also deep underground a prison structure for darker tasks. Those tasks thjat the Counil would prefer the public learnt nothing about, of course by Public they ment simply the outside world of the Mon-Keigh, and the Non-Eldar kin.

And so it was that the foresight of the Deceiver was revealed, and some of the finest bugs made by the C’tan in the last sixty million years were planted in each of the cells, interrogation rooms, guardrooms and corridors – even the latrines were bugged. Nothing would happen there without the knowledge of the yngir, and by extension tacit approval. Should the eldar imprison those that Mephet’ran truly wanted freed, its will would prevail.

In the caverns, now sealed from the surface entirely, the tomb-spyders erected a portal, though the eldar would be alerted when if it were activated, by then, the necrons would be performing their missions of liberation. There also lurked a powerful long-range transmitter; fortunately this was untraceable by the Eldar. And still, the bomb lurked for use after such a mission.
