The almighty octavion will now address Soviet Forces.
We have been monitoring you Soviet Forces.
Aircraft bearing the mark of your nation have been sighted flying over Ragnarok territory. Submarines have been sighted off the coast. Unless you explain your actions, we will be forced to take military action if any violation to our borders is made again. We await your reply. And for your sake, let the explanation be a good one.

(OOC: This will be my only OOC note-I and The Imperial Navy have been planning this for a while. Soviet Forces is TIN's puppet Nation for Communist RP's, and we decided to have a little war. Other nations are allowed to join in, but a maximum of 50,000 men please. Max of 5 allies per side, No WMD's, no space tech, and no stupid comments or remarks. We intend to make this a fun RP, beginning with a breakdown in negotiations.)
