We don't care whether the people of Soviet Haaregradia are Russian or not. The point is, that J-10 along with the pilot, must be returned. If not, then I guess Haaregradians share the same genetics in the politics with their political ancestors, who are descendents of Genghis Khan.

We do not tolerate kleptocracy. The same kleptocracy that saw the subhuman Ivans roamed across Europe from the East in their countless trophy brigades and raped and pillage where ever they had 'liberated'.

The PRC government is happy to enter the negotiating stage with Soviet Haaregrad, in order to lessen the tension between us regarding the tensions of the disturbing theft of a Chinese J-10 from PRC China, and the granted asylum to the former PLAAF pilot. If Soviet Haaregrad does set various unacceptable conditions however, we must say that tension will continue.

The J-10 will be returned.

First off the J-10 is currently being prepared for delivery. Would the PRC China government prefer the J-10 delivered by air(via An 225 Cossack) or sea?

Unfortunately, as already stated the Haaregradian government does not see people as resources or possesions of the state and therefore cannot return Hu Jianzhui with a clear conscience.

As for the Sinoese delagation we ask them to kindly refrain from name calling, as comparing us to a murderer of hundreds of years ago will not help the situation one bit.

The situation has yet to change. And don't you play the idiot with us! As under your communist regime all members of the state are under the ownership of the state. Are you telling us that Hu has special exemption?

It would be preferred if the the J-10 is flown to PRC China with fighter escorts from Sino or the PRC once the An 225 Cossack has made it into international airspace. This way, we can ensure that if you descendants of Genghis Khan try to trick us again by turning back, we have every right to shoot it down under such emergency circumstances.

If the Soviet state has no control over its populace (not referring to 'ownership'), then is Soviet Haaregradia a second Brazil where they hide those criminals wanted in other countries? Your kleptocracy makes us sick!

OOC: Is there location where this is held or is it just done via satlink?

OOC 2 (humorously): If this meeting turns into a mass brawl, you should all take a look at this before taking any physical actions. LOL!

Regime? Haaregradia is a Social Democracy with free elections held every four years.

Our human rights are superb, our people are feel to act as they which so long as it doesn't harm anyone.

We will escort the An 225 with four F-115 Advanced Arrow fighters, additionally PRC China, but not Sino are welcome to send fighters to escort it. The Haaregradian fighters will turn back once reaching PRC Chinese airspace.

The aircraft has seen modest modifications to the engine bay to allow the instalation of a Haaregradian engine after the original was lost due to a a trigger happy Sinoese pilot.

Lastly Mr. Hu is not a criminal rather a political prisoner. The only laws that matter are just laws. As defecting from the PRC Chinese air force is not a crime in Haaregradia he is not to be considered a criminal in our nation.

OOC: This is all done by satlink, we may begin face to face meetings later.
Mr. Lenin carries no weapons, he doesn't feel weapons are needed unless dealing with enemies, and then only as a last recourse.

We would perfer them by air as soon as possible. We thank the Soviet Haaregrad government for their quick response. However, we must ask that it will come back in one piece. The Soviet Haaregrad aircraft will be "Escorted" once it is in Chinese airspace, by Chinese J-11s. However, we do not really appreciate Haaregradian armed interceptors to enter Chinese airspace, although that is still allowed.

About Hu however, we do not have any offical statement on that topic, as of right now. However, we will once refer to our previous statement about Hu.

As planned the An 225 is enroute to PRC China now, to the predetermined airbase. The Haaregradian fighters will, as discussed turn back once reaching Chinese airspace. We hope this act allows our nations to be closer in the future.

If a Soviet Haaregrad personnel defects to say PRC China or Sino, how exactly would you feel? You are simply harboring a traitor. As for our fighters that shot down parts of the J-10, they weren't trigger happy; they were disciplined to the point of acting on orders of common sense. Better dead than red. We do not like our secrets falling into enemy hands escpecially the hands of the descendents of Genghis Khan.

We wouldn't make an issue of it. We would make all attempts to get back any major equipment they had, but otherwise we wouldn't press the issue.
