You get your friends to play NS. Seriously though, you TG likely candidates, or post a thread in the forum. Of course, neither of these are likely to get people to join your region, but thats the best you can do, really.

People will only move in if they know you and like you, and/or have a compelling reason to do so. There's no real way to get people to join a region, unless they want to.

So true. Only growth I'v gotten in my region is from getting a couple of my friends to start playing. :tantrum:
