Government Report
The Omega Virus is a strain of the Shiva Virus but instead of killing its victim it just disfigures and mutilates the target. It targets a persons extremities hands, arms, feet legs, and to some extent the head and reproduction organs.
The main purpose of this virus is too cripple a government by being forced to expend billions if not trillions of dollars in caring for crippled citizens.
It will be highly contagious(just like the shiva virus) can be transported sexually and will cause impotence as well as disfigurement of a persons body.
It will be used when Belem would rather see an opposing country suffer rather then be wiped off the map and Belem has no future plans for invasion, since a crippled population serves no function in the workplace and Belem has no desire to support a foreign retarded population, if invasion is neccesary the afflicted population will be executed by the Inquisition as early as it is convienent to do so.
