What are indorsments?, i want some, what do they do?

Endorsements are a way of saying you support another, or rather fellow UN nation. If you have two or more, you can submit proposals to trhe UN for the delegates to vote on. However, if you should have the most votes, or rather endorsements of all the nations in your region, you become a UN delegate and that gets you the right to vote on UN proposals (as oppose to a resolution, which is set out for all members to vote on).
