"Mr. Speaker, members of the Supreme Council & dear citizens.
The Republic of tirith has emerged as a beautiful nation with public spirited citizens.
We have gone from strength to strength over the last year.
We have become a member of the United Nations,
We have joined the Region of Europe,
We have applied to join the European Union,
We have signed the International Fair Trade Agreement,
And are waiting to apply in the near future, to be a member of the Coalition of Anti Capitalist Economies.
We are a hard-working & intelligent people, many o us furiously involved in politics.
We enjoy Excellent Civil Rights & Very Good Political Freedoms.
The United Nations categorises us as a Left-Leaning College State.
Our average tax rate, presently is 85%.
Marriage has been reformed so one may marry a person of the same gender,
We illigalised private ownership of property last month, after considerable consideration.
Education, Social Welfare & the Environment are our major Budget allocations, for we value them immensly.
Our ecxonomy has gone down, even to 'Struggling', but we have risen to the challenges of the modern world with renewed vigor.
Tirith citizens are now in space, aswell as on Earth. Yes, we are now expanding our space program into having a military branch, but I suspect it may be important in the future to have a spacial defence force.
We are a peaceful people & will not attack, much less invade, another nation.
We condemn the ruthless plunder of the earth resources, which are mostly limited.
We condemn violations of human rights, including the right to Liberty, Equality & Social Justice.
The Republic of Tirith has demonstrated, as we have grown in population & age, that you can have a Welfare State & a successfull economy.
With a directly elected Government, Legislature & Judiciary, each elected on 4 year terms, our country nurtures citizen involvement in the Affairs of State.
We beleive in both the goodness of the individual & citizen. They both have rights & responsibilities.
On one occasion, the Government was lobbied for our national animal, the Lion, to be leglaised hunting. For eating its meat. I rejected this, on the basiss that itwould be predadtory.
Unfortunately, crime hjas returned to the Republic of Tirith. It is ratred as 'Moderate'. This is after a considerable period where crime was totally unknown, & I assure all that the Governmnet will swiftly move to combat & prevent crime in our country.
The Republic of Tirith has been endorsed recently, by two nations as a Regional Delegate. From Xaarg & Shutthehellup. I thank them for their vote of confidence!
In the future, our republic will endevour to become more domesticly successful economicly, & internationally too.
There is a world out there & we refuse to be an island, much less a snob. The days of war between other nations, we plaed, should not occur atall. War wastes resources, & we call on all nations to resfrain for violence.
Prioritise dialogue, & you should fare better.
Still further our Government will endevour for more Social Democracy, Equality & Social Justice. We will not refrain or retreat from these principles, they have led us so far already.
