Glory to the People of Istar! Our Holy Empire which has been ever powerful and strong for over 6 millenia, from a loose union of five city-states, to an Empire that expanded to the moon itself with Mishakas Colony. Now Istar, with a population over 1 Billion people and only 10 million that were (or could live) in the lunar colony the Holy Empire has sent it's first colony ships to an unclaimed solar system to expand the Empire and to give more breathing room to the people on Earth-Istar.
The Kingpriest gave His Blessing to the ships before they launched, over 500 ships carrying a total number of 50 million Istarans to the solar system that is being called after the name of it's star, Ixelion-8.
Ixelion-8, a medium sized yellow star much like earth's sun, has a total of 12 planets (7 solid, 5 gas). Two of the planets and one moon are habitable, two other moons can be teraformed in time. The living planets and moons are uninhabited, it is believed that on the fourth planet with a methane based atmosphere is a pre-industrial humanoid society, for now our investigations will be very careful and we will not attempt to make contact until we have more information on this race.
