This is a water covered moon with all surface land mass consisting of Islands ranging from 100 km in diameter to small peaks of land mass with reefs. There is primative plant life on these Islands but no animal life more advanced than insects living on these, also with the exception of Islands near the equator the majority of these Islands are covered with Glaciers for the majority of the moons year. The surface temperature rarly exceeds 10 C except at the equator where it reaches 20 C in summer.

Underwater is a different story, there is plenty of aquatic plant & animal life and underwater volcanos keep the water temperature up and provide warm currents across the moon. Around these active volcanoes are high deposits of minerals like gold, silver, iron and colbat among other things. Although these areas are highly unstable as the result of the constant earthquake caused by the volcanoes.
ViZion has a Lease of an Island 100 km in length and 67.43 km in width and a height of 2.3 km, the sea bed 150 km from the high tide line of the Island coast near the Equator. This also includes the space above the Island.

Surface Information
The Plains of Slagkattunger

These plains cover a small percentage of the planet but are now home to the cities and towns of the Slagkattungerian people, all connected by an advanced monorail system that allows rapid and cheap transport between them. The plains are also home to the planets large herbivores (quite tasty to eat) and transplanted cattle from Earth and are tended to by nomadic Minotaurians who keep the herds moving to prevent over grazing.

The Wetlands of Slagkattunger

The Wetlands are an important part of the ecosystem on Slagkattunger as they act as nurseries for a large number of native aquatic species, and a large rich feeding ground for a number of surface creatures. Slagkattungerian scientists have discovered a number of useful plants and creatures in these fragile areas, and they have successfully lobbied to have the wetlands declared no go zones for non-scientist. It is expected that a number of new chemicals, medicines and materials will result from the research being conducted there.

The Rainforests of Slagkattunger

Like the wetlands the Rainforest of Slagkattunger have been discovered to have useful plants and animals living in them, but unlike the wetlands they have not been declared no go zones. The government has instead passed a law forbidding logging to protect the rainforest, but allows settlers to harvest fruits and other plants for the markets of Slagkattunger. The rainforest is home to a large number of brightly coloured bird like creatures that seem to be the main pollinators of the flowers within the rainforest.

The Hills of Slagkattunger

The hills of Slagkattunger have attracted a large number of homesteaders who have been granted permission to harvest the native fruit and timber growing in this region. The fruits found in this region have a sweet taste and have been found to make wines far superior to those made by grapes back on NS Earth. The wood is a fine grain hardwood of a mahogany color and has become very popular for making furniture for Slagkattungerian homes.

The Mountains of Slagkattunger

These large natural features have been found to be rich in metals and have attracted the interest of mining companies that cannot afford the start up cost of mining in space. The government of Slagkattunger has quickly passed laws requiring strict ecological guidelines be followed by these companies to prevent pollution of the environment. The mountains are home to small catlike creatures that inhabit the tops of the trees, they are very agile and can leap from tree to tree with astonishing speed.

The Ocean of Slagkattunger

The oceans of Slagkattunger cover 65 percent of the planet and like the oceans of Earth can change from day to day in condition depending on the weather. With two moons in orbit the high & low tides can be greater than those on Earth; unless they are opposite sides of the planet then the tide hight change is very low as they nearly cancel each out. The oceans of Slagkattunger have a lower salt level than those of Earth, this is due to the planet being younger (geologically speaking) than the Earth.
The wildlife of these oceans is similar in someway to those on earth, but in other ways quite different in behaviour and appearance. For example the Slagkattungerian equivalent of a shark is very decorative in appearance, but more deadly in its hunting tactics then an Earth shark.

The Ice Caps of Slagkattunger

Both Ice Caps of Slagkattunger are on landmass similar to Antarctica on Earth, they also have their distinct form of wildlife roaming them. Where the Polar Bear on earth may be the top surface predator of the Earths North pole, Slagkattunger’s poles top predator is the Mur’lanker a 4 meter tall creature. The Mur’lanker walks on it’s hind legs but drops down onto it’s long forelegs when running; it’s forelegs end in long razor sharp ivory claws about 20 cm long on average. While it is a quite vicious predator a Mur’lanker is amazingly dumb animal, more than one has been observed drowning when crossing thin ice in an attempt to get at the same piece of carrion.

Main form of Transportation upon Slagkattunger
The main form of transportation of people & goods upon the surface of Slagkattunger is via Monorails they connect cities, towns and villages in a vast network providing clean and fast transportation. This is vital in a nation that has banned the use of vehicles like cars and trucks as being too damaging to the environment. Although with the advent of anti-gavity technology private flyers are begining to show up and provide services that a car/ truck would of done.

Feline ears which are better at hearing things than humans but are more sensitive to loud noises, the majority of Slagkattungerians dislike Hard Rock as it hurts their ears.
Large sensitive eyes which can see in the dark better than a human but makes them sensitive to sudden bright lights, it is common to see a Slagkattungerian wearing sunglasses at night in an attempt to avoid painful exposure to bright lights when entering buildings.
A furry tail which aids in balance and can also show a persons emotional state without them realising it.
Slagkattungerians are more agile than humans but tend to be slightly weaker physically, this has led to a martial art style that focuses more on technique and speed rather than on physical strength.[/list:u:2c7862e8f8]

Minotaurs stand on average 8 feet (240 cm) tall, with females being slightly shorter.
While Minotaurs are very strong physically they are not as agile as humans or Slagkattungerians, this has led to a martial art style that focuses more physical strength and the use of their horns rather than on speed. When you get hit by a Minotaur Martial Artist you really know it if you survive the blow.
20 per cent of Minotaurs living on Slagkattunger are nomadic constantly moving with the herds on the plains, living as they have traditionally done for over 5000 years (before they were accepted as refugees by the people of Slagkattunger).

Government structure
The government of the Star Kingdom of Slagkattunger is split into three tiers; The Ruler of Slagkattunger, The House of Peers and the House of Commons.
The Ruler and offspring are known by the following titles:-
Ruler title: - King / Queen
Children’s title: - Prince / Princess
The Peers of the Kingdom can have one (and only one) of the following tiles, which they (theoretically) hold for life: -
Duke / Duchess
Marquess / Marchioness
Earl / Countess
Viscount / Viscountess
Baron / Baroness
The title of Knight is purely a rank of honour to demonstrate that the individual has earned the gratitude of the Kingdom for their actions; it is never given to individuals for any other reason as it would reduce its value. The title of Knight does not allow the holder to enter the House of Peers, the holder can enter the House of Commons as a member.

How it works
The King/ Queen rules the Star Kingdom of Slagkattunger with the aid of The House of Peers and the House of Commons. The King/ Queen has final say on all policies put before the Slagkattungerian Government, but cannot put a policy through without the support of both houses. Only the King/ Queen can put forth a proposal for a new peerage to be created, and only the House of Commons can vote on whether it is to be created or not. They also have a rarely used power to disband the government, which means new elections for the House of Commons and the House of Peers.
The House of Peers provides a stable government that changes little (as a member of a seat normally must die before a new member can be sworn in) over time; the Prime Minister is selected from the House of Peers every 15 years by a secret vote made by the seated Peers. The House of Peers can veto proposals put before it or initiate proposals; also most positions of power are held by members of the House of Peers.
The House of Commons is made up by commoners voted in by their constituents in voluntary elections every 10 years (much the same as those in a pure democracy). The House of Commons hold the “keys” to the treasury and must give approval to new public spending. They also provide members to committees and other lower positions in the government; they also provide members to certain upper level positions, the House of Commons can initiate proposals or veto proposals. To effectively run the government the Prime Minister must have the support of the majority of House of Commons.

Navy Structure
Flotilla: - There are nine vessels in the flotilla, which are divided into two divisions of four, with another vessel leading. The divisions are further divided into two sub-divisions of two vessels. A flotilla is usually commanded by a captain, and a division by a commander. Destroyers are usually commanded by a lieutenant commander, and smaller vessels by lieutenants.
Squadron: - A naval squadron is composed of two or more capital ships. Capital ships are large powerful vessels (ooc: - in modern terms battleships, cruisers or aircraft carriers) - usually commanded by a captain. Squadrons of more than three ships are generally organised into smaller units known as divisions and sub-divisions. A squadron can be commanded, depending upon its size, by a commodore, rear admiral or vice-admiral.
Task Force/Group: - A task force, or task group, is a number of ships grouped to carry out a specific task such as the escort of a convoy or the protection of a Capital ship. There is no set structure for a task force and the number and type of vessels allocated depends upon the tasks the group is expected to carry out. A task force is usually commanded by a commodore or a rear admiral.
Fleet: - A fleet is the largest naval structure and would usually contain a number of squadrons, flotillas and/or task forces. Again, its structure is flexible. Often a fleet is organised to work in a specific region in space. A fleet is commanded by an admiral.

Army & Marines Infantry Technology

Slagkattunger Marine Space Combat Armor with EVA Thrusters Pack

The Marine Space Combat Armor or SCA for short, consist of the following items: -
A Harden Armor Outer Shell: - This advance multilayer polymer shell can protect the user from micro meteorites and most small arms fire. Side Note: - A neko’s (catperson) tail is wrapped around the waist like a belt to reduce the number of extremities on the SCA.
Exoskeleton:- Increases the users strength, allowing the user to operate the SCA easily without tiring, provides 1 ton lifting capacity.
A Waste Disposal System: - A series of male/female “plumbing” connections collect the waste of the user for later disposal. Side note: - Connecting this up can be painful if the user is rushed while suiting up.
Liquid Cooling and Ventilation Bodysuit: - While the bodysuit can act as clothing for the wearer outside the SCA, it main purpose comes into effect when connected up to the SCA. This bodysuit has nanotubes running all through it filled with a special coolant which is run through a heat exchanger in the SCA, this keeps the pilot cool while using the SCA.
EMU Electrical Harness (EEH): -This is a set of communications wires and bioinstruments that is worn by the user inside the SCA. It provides connections to the communication equipment and bioinstruments in the SCA. It allows for communication and for monitoring of the user’s vital signs (respiration rate, heart rate, temperature, etc.).
Helmet: - Contains communication & HUD equipment, also contains a camera to record/ send what the user sees. It also has Infrared sensors, Internal map display, A.I. assisted targeting HUD (A.I. highlights targets & points of interest, based on what it has learned from users eye & brain activity patterns), SCA status information, and an ECM filter (the A.I. attempts to find a way pass the interference). Side Note: - Helmet has enough room for neko (catpeople) ears to fit comfortably.
Basic Computer A.I.: - Each user carries a Basic Computer A.I. as part of their standard gear (Like a little black box), this plugs into and provides assistance in operating the SCA. Since the A.I. travels with the user it can customise the settings of any SCA to the user’s requirement. Side Note: - These A.I.’s develop a personality over time & often develop little quirks that either irritates or amuses the user.
SCA Drink Bag:- Holds 2 litres of drinking water, a small tube near the users mouth provides access to this supply upon demand.
Life-Support System: - Provides oxygen (24 hours), removes carbon dioxide, heat exchanger and other basic requirements for a spacesuit.
Medical dispenser: - This is controlled by the SCA A.I. which dispenses painkillers and other vital medicine to the user when required, also capable of sealing a leg or arm (and applying pressure to stop bleeding) should it be removed during combat (Also should the limb that was removed survive that section will seal & cool preserving the limb).
Power Supply: - Special long life, high capacity batteries can provide 24 hours of constant use, longer if the user doesn’t use the exoskeleton (i.e. doesn’t move).
Magnetic Soles: - Boots have magnetic soles to allow the user to "walk" on ships hulls etc. The magnetic soles can be turned on & off at the discretion of the user, with the A.I. able to operate them if the user is unconscious.
EVA Thrusters pack: - Provides EVA capabilities to the SCA, has enough thrusters mass for 30 minutes of “burn” time. The rods are the main source of reaction mass (an inert substance), it allows for easy replacement of reaction mass for prolonged EVA operations that require a lot of movement, also can be ejected if damaged or the SCA has to enters confined space. Also allows easy storage & maintenance of the EVA truster pack after operations.

Rocket Propelled Grenade Launcher rounds come in the following types: - High Explosive Fragmentation Smoke Special (Teargas or other type of speciality rounds)
The power for the coilgun is in the magazine along side the rounds, with enough power to fire every round in the magazine clip.

Features: The Tactical Light Armor is not hermetically sealed. It allows the pilot to operate at full capability without tiring for 3 times as long as normal. The armor is powered with servo-motors and optical circuitry with an on-board Quantum CPU for reading and predicting body movement. The suit also increases strength, allowing the pilot to lift an additional 1000 lbs on top of their own strength. The chitinous/Resin armor is not a hard armor, allowing projectiles to sink into it, absorbing much of the impact. The osmium infusion resists against hot energy fire. It is flexible plating for maximum mobility.

Radio receiver/transmitter, ultra-violet and IR camera on helmet. Routes to a monocular display that is flip-down. Mini-radar with a 5 mile range can track 15 simultaneous targets.
Power source: Special Long life Rechargable Batteries.
Helmet units come with sound-buffers and selective amplifiers. Frequencies buffered are selected from a drop-down menu in the monocular visor. An emergency oxygen supply is present. Mouthpiece is just below the chin on the chest plating. Just in case of chemical attack.

Yes there are edible & havestable animals & plants on the water world, I haven't built there as Slagkattunger is absorbing the majority of my personnel & resources.

And when will you be opening up trade, hmmmmmm?

When I finish writing this up :P by then my people will be ready to trade with off worlders and my military able to protect merchant shipping.

Prolong = Medical treatment that increases the natural lifespan of the reciever, only effective if the patient is younger than 20 years of age.

This treatment is not for sale so don't ask, one of the reason we won't sell is we don't want certain beings recieving it. This way we can out wait hostile governments who eventually die out/ retire/ get replaced by a better, less hostile government.
