"Good Evening, Foe Hammer. This is Sheyrl Hawkens for Channel Eleven. We interrupt our regular viewing for this emergency announcement from the Empress."
The screen turns to black, and a small Press room appeared. The Empress silently strode to the podium, with an expression that confirmed their worst fears.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, and people of the great nation of Foe Hammer, I bring you grave news. Earlier this month, The Second Magellan Fleet of the Armada of Foe Hammer set off on an expedition to NGC 253, a Spiral Galaxy of the Sculptor Cluster. Four systems were claimed in the name of Foe Hammer, and soon after, populated by the Colony Ship. The Colony ship was withdrawn to the Nordlund system to repopulate and resupply the vessel. Soon after the Colony Ship confirmed departure, Relay Sequence Communications began between the Galaxies."

The Foe Hammer Armada has classified NGC 253 as Off-Limits, and will destroy any Foe Hammer Vessel attempting to enter. Good night, and god bless."
