I'm kind of new to this whole thing. I want to buy the rights to manufacture AK-47s, AK-74s, AKS-74Us, RPKs, PKMs, GP-25s and GP-30s. I'm assuming this would be done on International Incidents. What would I do? Does any certain country even own the rights or does it not even matter, meaning this topic is useless and I can make them regardless?

Ok:
I don't think you need to buy the rights but buy some guns for your people can copy them. Or you start by selling a smaller amount of guns(2 to 3)

Ok:
