A heavy debate over the next years budget and its priority targets has raged on in the peoples republic of Santo Hermando.
Comrade General Lucius Spank , the strongest voice of support for the budgets majority to be used in the next two stages of the nations army has been very disappointed when the majority of the parliament voted for more money to flow to the public education system.
"The liberal fools do not understand that we need weapons... modern weapons in order to keep Santo Hermando standing" the comrade general commented furiously.
This rather unexpected, but nevertheless positive move in the socialistic peoples republic has been met with extreme approval in certain areas of the communist party and as well in the small opposition parties.
However, it seems that Santo Hermando will receive its "secondary reforms" for the national army, only in a slightly smaller scale and on a much bigger time.
