OOC:These events take place during and after the vacation thread

The ISSAPC transport moved down from its short orbital hop cutting the three hour trip down to an hour. The pilot and co pilot looked at each other and then looked back in the cabin. Theallas had been asleep for most of the trip and such was the case now. His wrists were handcuffed to the superstructure above his head and his ankles were locked together with anklecuffs. "Prepare for a hard starboard juke once we re-enter the atmosphere.We'll dive through a jetstream,"The pilot called to the co-pilot who nodded his head and looked at his display."We'll be back in the atmosphere in 3...2...1." THe pilot moved the throttle to the right and the ISSAPC began to move to the side before it violently dipped down and went through a jetstream. The winds causing turbulance to be felt in the aircraft,some of it rather violent.

One of the Counter-Terrorism Unit Soldiers jarred forward quickly the M16A2 leaving his hands he managed to grab onto the barrel of the gun however it swung like a bat toward the direction of Theallas's chin. The soldier wasnt rather sure if he wanted to stop said action or not and just slowed the rifle movement down. The entire cabin was poorly lit except for the red glow of cabin lights.

The lead CTUS officer called over the cabin intercom to the cockpit. "You damn flyboys get us out of this goddamn turbulance now damnit." The two in the cockpit grumbled slightly about no fun any of the ground pounders were as the ISSAPC finally left the jetstream and the craft stablized once more on its descent toward New Jersey, and PC-250. Over the intercom the pilot called out, "We'll be landing at PC-250 within the next thirty minutes, skies over New Jersey are clear and we have clearance for landing.Over."

The name alone was rather simple. PC-250. PC stood for political criminal while 250 was the number in a chain of prisons 250 out of 4,000. The first 300 prisons were part of a chain known as the Super-Maximum Security prisons,or Super Max. In this Super Max. violent hate crime offenders, mostly xenophobes and communist insurgents who attempted violent overthrows of the government. Various others were thrown into the mix as well all of which were violent. It was at this facility that the ISSAPC landed. However it was not the only military unit there.

In surrounding towns rapid response teams had set up in ambush ready to pounce on the prison itself while being kept out of view of the general public itself. Around the prison and more visable PAC-3 batteries and MIM-14 Nike Hercules batteries. The air and orbital space over PC-250 had been basically shut off and to ensure security the Federal Navy had parked a Cruiser in orbit which would immediately relay coordinates to ground based STO-1 Sky Haven missile batteries.

On the inside of the prison were a total of 400 inmates and 75 prison guards. 50 of which were armed with assault shotguns and 25 of which were armed with assault rifles. The prison was on lockdown for the time being as the highprofile inmate was expected to arrive at any moment. It was one of those things were they were going to make sure he stayed in jail and didnt get out. With all the added security he wouldnt be a favorite among the inmates either. Of which few guards cared, only the warden had any real concern and that was because President de los Santos had called from Puerto Rico to tell the Warden that if anything happened to Theallas before the trial his job would be gone.

It was a valid threat.

Tag, but if he's here in custody, how can he be leading the charge of Lavenrunz in the same time?

OOC:He cant be leading the charge here because the whole Lavenrunz thing is occuring at relatively the same time. Theallas would have to escape to do such a thing.

OOC: As a matter of fact the diplomatic kidnapping incident from Lavenrunz happened earlier....because Aliria was held as a hostage there. But he cannot lead the attack because he was jailed before the Civil war started.

OOC:Thelas it would be only right of you to finally post. Especially since you have posted in other threads. Now this situation has happened before in a legit RP when Diwaniyah ignored several nations for no reason other than the fact he was losing a war to those countries. Now if you cant handle this RP then you shouldnt be RPing period. Your character got handcuffed and is arrested and we are waiting for your post before I continue on. Lets go. You've got 24 hours from this time until I continue on without you and if you think that is grounds to ignore me, well then your wrong. You'll find yourself getting ignored for the poor RP conduct.

OOC: Sorry for not being able to post, I kinda got wrapped up in the Lavenrunz situation… well, and also the fact that I beat Age of Mythology in only three days… . Sorry if I gave the appearance of trying to dodge this thread and IGNORE it. As for fluid time, the honest truth was that I was not thinking when I used Theallas. Now for my post.

IC: Theallas looked around the prison, analyzing it, looking for escape points, Nothing like Angband, but, still challenging… no magical fields in sight, but, should I try to escape, the situation in Lavenrunz is escalating, I could just escape and then come back…

As Theallas was lead through the prison, he looked at the prisoners, each one he looked at had for a moment a feeling indescribable, it was like ice had entrapped around them, like they were being frozen from the inside out. Murders, Thieves, Rapists, these are my bunk mates, despicable, I knew Orcs with more brains than these fools. Each one of them has been put in jail because of a silly error that they made, and error that in other lands, would have got them killed Theallas gaze was blank, any one trying to read his emotions would only see the same feeling that is contained inside a stone wall, nothing.

(OOC: I assume Theallas was taken to his cell, what was the cell like? How many people does one cell hold? Can you tell me what a normal prisoners day is like?)

At the Department of Corrections Headquaters in New Jersey, Warden Helm Kingsly read the report from arresting officers in Puerto Rico, and even from the office of President de los Santos. At the prison and at all other government buildings flags were at half staff and would remain so until either President de los Santos was better or was buried in the ground. However that was not why Warden Kingsly was upset, "Damnit a magic user....we havent had one of those in the system in ages. Time to put out a request..." Kingsly removed a paper with offical letter head and began to write out his request which was sent over to the state department. It was the state department which would put out the actual request on the international market.

The lettering was put in Industry Periodicals in nations which were known to use magic. The advertisement read simply as the following, "Correctional Agency in New York and New Jersey, looking for a collar, which can inhibit the use of magic completely. Collar must be lockable to prevent inmate from removing the collar." For the time being though the State Department did something they never did, hire mercenaries, those who could use the art of magic were bought and paid by the day to make sure no magic was used in and around the jail. Under orders from Vice President Generosa, the Thelisan leader was to recieve special treatement. This was just part of it.

OOC: I'm ignoring this whole thing as well as Thelas. I keep seeing his character pop up in other threads while being here in jail. Yes we were dicussing something OOC, but until something could be reached his character would not have been let out of prison. Oh well.

OOC: Wait up, I just pulled my rear out of the fire on this one, I had been counting on the fact that he would be able to escape, barring that, I have attempted to rectify the situation. So PLEASE don't IGNORE me, I like have nations respond....

Okay since I know exactly how it feels to have such a thing happen, I'll accept the excuse and wont ignore you. Consider this starting off on a clean slate. I'm going to speed up time slightly, Theallas is no longer in the prison he's at another facility all together. A military base. He's in a private room not the prison barracks.

IC:
A small knock on Theallas's door was given and then it was openned by one of the military police officers who stood outside making sure Theallas remained in there. Stepping inside was a familiar man in camo gear and combat helmet. Removing the helmet it was clearly visable who the person was, it was President de los Santos. Holding the helmet under his right arm he looked at the Elven General and closed the door behind him. "General Theallas, sit. We have a lot to discuss."

He pulled a chair out for Theallas to sit down in and before he could allow the Elven man to get out a word he sat and continued on. "My recent stint in the hospital, and the news of what has happened to your nation has come to my attention. We share a common goal now. Your former boss its an uncaring and cold person, and I believe your actions in Lavenrunz were justified. If Lavenrunz is allowed to leave SATO, for the Reich, it'll be such a tremendous blow to the morales of SATO nations. I dont think Sirithil has ANY right to impede on your nation the way she has. I've agreed with her many times on her interventions but this time she invaded someone with a similar ideal. And I'm interested in helping you out."

IC: Theallas sat down somewhat stunned, "Thank you, I can understand why Siri was annoyed with me, my actions were somewhat rash, and I did not think about the consequences. If you excuse me asking, what the hell has Sirithil done to my nation? Judging by the way you are talking, I have a feeling nothing good.

On another matter, how are you willing to help me?"

He let out small grumble and shook his head from side to side slowly. "You may want to brace yourself for this one. Your employer basically moved a Battlegroup in and removed any soverignty your nation had. My intelligence informs me however that when Menelmacari Navy ordered the destruction of all your warships several commanders decided to not show up. Monitoring the traffic of your allies can be interesting sometimes. The Menelmacari Naval Command is furious at the fact whoever is incharge of the area allowed some of your navy to slip by. I'm not sure where the hell they went, but its obvious they are in hiding. They could probably use your leadership, and the help of an established nation. "

He sat back in his chair slowly and reached into his pocket pulling out reports of New York and New Jersey Space Transports and what they carried. "Here is a transport list, most of it is military grade hardware that gets sent from one area to another, now most of our military gear is convoyed together with warships and a Carrier every now and then. That list is transports unguarded, they dont have much worth really protecting with warships. Food stuffs and ammunition, fuel cells, medicines. The protected transports carry fighter parts, and ground weapons. It'll take sometime before I can have one of those kind of transports accidently leave a convoy and wander into one of your naval units. However before that plan can succeed we need to return you back to your people. How does this sound so far?"
