Well... stats are needed.

REQUIRED STATS FOR STREET HEAT
Horsepower/RPMs
Torque
NOS?
Turbo?
Electronic Fuel Injection?
Weight Reduction?

Those are used in a point system to determine race winners

NOTE
Other things like stereos, lights, bodykits, etc. and the pic gain points towards cars that will win style awards.

NOTE 2
My car will not participate in the actual Street Heat competition, but my Nismo 400R and my soon to be posted Mistubishi Lancer Evo 8 (that, or maybe my Subaru Impreza WRX, whichever I choose to go under the hood of...) will race in an exhibition race, souly for crowd appeal.
