Metorpolis Utopia, Isolationist People - The Council of the Empire today announced that the 1 billionth citizen has been born to the Empire. The little tyke was born on Dec. 25 at 3:26 pm, giving the parents a very welcomed Christmas gift. The baby was a girl, weighing in at 6 lbs, 5 ounces and pronounced in good health by the attending doctors after a normal checkup. The next day Preator B. Matzn visited the happy couple ton congradulate them, along with keeping up his policy of visiting normal people on the street.
The Preator's Press Secretary has announced that a week long celebration to commemorate this occasion. Festivals and activities will be held in every major city throughout the Empire. At the end of the week-long festivities, the Empire will hold an official name change. A contest will be held to see who comes up with the best suggestion. The contest is open to any citizen and foreign diginitary, and the winner will be announced at the end of the week.
Foreign diginitaries and travelers are invited and encouraged to come. Accomidations will be arranged and paid for by the Empire.
