The two figures moved quickly through the throngs of waiting people at the International Airport. They were equipped with nothing more than a small suitcase, passports, visas and tickets to Syskeyiapolis. The two hugged each other before approaching the gate. Such a fluid graceful movement much like the operations they carried out. They moved on...It was highly doubtful that they would be alive very much longer...

Earlier that morning they had been called before Commander Aurora. The Syskeyians must be destroyed. The false message of God that Syskeyia spouted was polluting the minds of true Christians. And they would be punished for their actions in St Dominic. Syskeyians had no place on God's earth.
The operatives, no more than their very early twenties, had been trained for this moment and did not ask any questions. When Commander Aurora dismissed them they were ready. They had waited their entire lives for this moment. What joy to be able to carry out The Lord's work. Their reward would be eternal life.

Flight 236. Destination: <<Syskeyiapolis>>

Alexi and Maria found their seats and settled in. They calmly watched as the other passengers, mostly business men and women, boarded the plane. Alexi and Maria made small talk...
" So what do you want to see first when we get to Syskeyiapolis?"
"Whatever you want, luv. Maybe Parliament? You know how much I like history."
"That I do."
The couple smiled at each other.

To the other passengers and flight attendants they looked like the average young couple...possibly on their honeymoon...
Some of the older passengers smiled at them as they passed down the isles.
Ahhh to be young and in love again...


The passengers nor crew had no idea that the CLA operatives were carrying two small vials***...to the joy of The CLA the tests had proven quite effective...and unpleasant.

Maria and Alexi made their way through the Syskeian Airport Terminal. When asked for their reason to visit Syskeyiapolis, they had simply replied tourism.
"We're on our honeymoon, you know," smiled Maria as she locked her large brown eyes with those of the immigration officials.
"Anything to declare?"
"No. We're just visiting. Here are our return tickets...see we are only planning to stay two weeks."
The Immigration official stamped their passports and waved them on.
"Hey, hold up there..."
"Yes," replied Alexi?
"What's this?" The guard held up two vials. One contained a clear liquid, the other a pink liquid.
"Oh that," laughed Maria. That's just my perfume. Would you like to smell it?"
"No that's okay...move along. Enjoy your stay."
"Thank you. We plan to."

Parliament
Maria and Alexi arrived at the Syskeyian Parliament. They had first stopped off at their hotel where they were given an envelope containing blueprints of the Parliament by the concierge clerk. To the clerk, it looked as if they had received a very nice Wedding Card. He smiled at them, leaving them to their own business. They made off to Parliament. Following the plans, Maria and Alexi made their way into the Senate chambers.

When a Senator looked up from his work and asked why they were there, Alexi and Maria shouted "FOR THE GLORY OF GOD!!!! YOU WILL PAY FOR CRIMES AGAINST THE LORD!!!"


***The vilals contain two things: a chemical virus that upon being exposed to oxegyn releases itself into the atmosphere (radius 12 feet for effectiveness) eating away at any living flesh and attacking the human respitory system. The other vial contains a highly flammmable explosive chemical. It only needs to hit the air and a match to be lit for an explosion to occur the equivalent of a mining explosion.

OOC: Either a quarrantine is in order... or something more simple and effective. Luckily, I have no IC idea what's going on yet (or OOC really, for that matter).

Just a random note, those two never woulda made it past guards in Santa Barbara. Especially with the woman asking the guard to smell her perfume bottle.... that was very close right there, if he was hetero he would have, and got his flirtatious two cents in, and compromised everything. Me, I would have had them be two unwholesome looking male lovers, and the vial would have contained "his anti-fungal anal rinse solution" or something. Something that makes the guards NOT want, under any circumstances, to open and smell it. Heh heh heh...

OOC:I actually liked the part with the perfume...could you imagine if the vial was opened in an international airport? Kinda reminds me of that scene from 12 Monkeys though... :roll:

I would speculate that this is being done in retaliation for the riots in St. dominic. However, I've known to be wrong.

Just a random musing........wouldn't the highly flammmable explosive chemical destroy the chemical virus - especially considering that biological organisms on a cellular level have very weak defenses against intense heat (in general, a few exceptions like prions.....but those aren't biologics per se)? And how big is this vial? A one mile radial coverage seems rather large for a small vial.

Other than that, I like the plotline/story. Sorry about poking holes.........nasty habit of mine that I should avoid indulging :oops:

It's possible. But it is also possible that the virus thrives in extrodonarily high temperatures...let's call it a breakthough.

Actualy, isn't most of ths GODMODDING, as in, delaring damage, declaring the fact that you got through security, declaring the fact that it destroyed the building...

Okay, Okay...I took a long time to write that post. I was just trying to cover all my bases in a non godmoddy way (I did a lot of reseach on Syskeyia). Let Syskeyia pick apart my post. I will leave the it up to them where they want to intervene and then continue.

And BTW, would you call the terrorist attack on The WTC Godmodding? That's what I was aiming for, for you see, The CLA is like Al Queda only they are Christians (The Christian Liberation Army).

RP has standards for interaction, RL does not. 9/11 would have been godmodding if it was played out in RP, as in the post above, you stating all of this and just having them confirm it actually happened.

In RL the USA couldn't say 'the planes were shot down and crashed in Central Park instead of hitting the WTC', as it was RL. In RP, you CAN say that, as you have a sayso in how your nation is attacked.

Well, the vials would be detected and quarantined at the airport, and the passengers detained. So the closest effectiveness you might have gotten, at best, was to infect a single terminal or something before you got caught. Believe me, ever since the a cult took Parliament hostage earlier in 2003 (thread now destroyed by the purge), security has been much increased.

Come now Syskeyia, don't you think you're being slightly unfair? I mean, its not as if he's killing someone that important, and you do have the option of limiting the damage however you want. If you would please refer to my post in this thread (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=109633&highlight=) to understand my reasoning. I'm sure you can work with this.

How about you two RP it out? I Don't know what the security is alike in the capitol, but I would think it not extremely hard to get into the land. Something that is proven by suicidebombers in Israel every now and then, and they got pretty harsh security. Could you both retconn a little and make a RP out of this do you think?

Syskeyia, I looked for info about the past attempts on your Parliament but the thread seems to have been purged... I'll give ya that...it would be difficult to get past security after something of this nature already happened to your country.

Actually, sadly enough, I would have to say yes. The US still allows freedom of travel across our borders. In fact, I don't see the most open borders (Canada and Mexico) getting any extra attention at all. You make it sound as if all terrorist wear a big sign that says Look at me! I plan to bomb the state capital! Not to mention, there is no reason for said "al-Queda terrorist" to be muslim/middle eastern in nature (if you're into racial profiling) - so that rules out being able to "spot" them as soon as they walk in. If you will recall, many of the al-Queda terrorist were not AK toting, long beard, diaper wearing fanatics as we like to picture them as, but instead appeared as clean-shaven, very polite, up standing (looking) citizens (who just happened to be packing box cutters and had suicidal tendencies.......).

Unless you want to claim that the process of passing through customs requires an overnight stay (which it would if you had the security to check every bag and search every person), I would be inclined to say that the two did get through out of the airport. Whether they made it into the capital building is another matter entirely............wonders what business a newly wed couple would have in an important state building to begin with...

Anyways, take this as it is...two more cents
