LRR needs information on the 'Farad System' of starship weaponry. We plan to incorperate it on our newest ship types.

We need to know:

-What are the engineering requirements for the Farad System?
-What are the effects on ship performance?
-How reliable is it?
-Can it be implimented on fighters and corvettes?
-Is it possible to convert existing ships to farad-capable status?
