The presidential election that has led to this point was tough, with the Communist candidate, Jiran Hjork, becoming the new president of Yshurak. Already the new president elect is passing bills to begin the reform of Yshurak's government, but he says a lot of work to be done to fix what he believes the previous president, Jan Horembolg, severely broke.

Already he has bills in the works to rebuild the nation's military and is looking to enter the international market for weapons of defense.

While we would counsel against too great an emphasis on military spending, we also wish to congratulate Jiran Hjork on his election, and wish him the best of luck in re-organizing Yshurakian society to allow for a greater degree of egalitarianism and freedom.

We would also like to bring the International Fair Trade Agreement to the attention of President Hjork, as we feel it may be of interest.

We are currently involved in the Mazakian crisis, and surely if Yshurak would show sympathy towards the brave struggle of the M.A.W.P., the current decadent imperialist government of Mazakia would surely be toppled over peacefully.

Jiran Hjork smiled as he sat behind the the president's desks, reading the friendly words of congratulations from other countries. Such reassurance that the new government was welcome still in the world brought a warmth to his heart.

To counter Anhierarch's worries, he wrote back: "Do not worry. I do not plan to spend too much on the military. Just enough so that we'll have a chance to defend our wonderful utopia against those who would ruin it. Your Trade Agreement looks interesting, and I will fully consider it. Thank you for your kind words."

To the Aztecs: "I have looked at your planes, and I'm heartily impressed. I will wire a purchase as soon as possible."

As he had the mail boy carry his messages of, he let out a pleased sigh. Yshurak's economy and low defenses will be corrected as soon as time would allow. Much work needed to be done, indeed.

The fate of the Chinese race lies in the path to a militant, nationalistic republic. Not a backward, imperial morass of ceremony and feudal weaknesses. I personally applaud this new development in your nation. Perhaps the Divine Emperor of Aerion will be thrown from his false throne, and his rule over the people will end. So that we may have a rule by the people, and not even the old Aerion nobility will return. Perhaps, one day, communism will be the official government of Aerion. This is our hope.
