Gay rights were legalized and protected by New Genoa's government many, many years ago. Thus, the NGGRA has had little to campaign about in New Genoa with their rights being fully protected already. Several protests would be held here and there where a hate crime involving discrimination against homosexuality would occur, but most New Genoans have become tolerant of their gay and lesbian community.
Thus, we have decided to go international and campaign for equal rights for homosexuals worldwide with the formation of the International Gay Rights Association, also known as the IGRA. We look forward to accepting new members, both gay and straight who are determined to establish equal rights for gays, lesbians, and other minorities in nations that have yet to recognize their right to exist. Any person in favor of equal civil rights is most certainly welcome. Once enough leaders of the gay and lesbian communities from other nations join our quest for civil rights, a head council will be established.
We are also in need of funds to operate our huge traveling costs that we will likely encounter. We already have several million Allied Credits, but intranational travel is much cheaper than international travel. Donations would be greatly appreciated and your grants will never be forgotten.

Gays are given the right to marry whomever they please, adopt children, join the military, join the Clergy of the Blessed Church of Royal Mao Divinity, even hold fief-titles and estates (which are gifts of the Divine Empress to loyal subjects). We would love to join the International Gay Rights Association, IGRA and welcome your initiative. We fully support it's goals and intentions. Our leaders will warmly accept Michael Brenn for the Presidency.

The Progressive Republic of Hawking is delighted to see such a movement as the IGRA going forth into the world in the pursuit of equal rights for people who are of a different sexual orientation to the majority.

Iuthia would be happy to add it's support for this organisation as we have given our citizens* the rights to live however they like providing they are citizens and they do not harm any other citizens rights.
* OOC: A citizen is an adult who has been through the military for the complusory 2 years in between their 16th and 28th birthday, any person whom has not done this is either a child or a adolencent who don't have the same freedoms as an adult but gain protection rights.
If you are a tourist you do not even have the right of privacy and instead we permit tourists privacy as a policy and not a right. For a immergrant to be issued the right to citizenship they have to join the military for two years followed by a year of evaluation and tempory citizenship.
My kingdom would like to welcome your association and you are free to establish meetings on my island at any time. Furthur, the Rotunda of the palace is at your disposal for such meetings. Also a donaton to your coffers in the amount of 10million allied credits is being sent.
