i would tend to aggree
the details of specific conflicts
probably do belong in one of the places where they can be rollplayed
unless on the other hand you may wish to exercize the option of
ignoring them, which
unless the rules of conduct have chainged drasticly since last
i read them, we all have the option of doing.
my own reply might be more along the lines of that our people will
not be greatly pleased were you to make big holes in the ground out
of our cities. fewer then 15% of us however live in them.
nor are our infrastructures in any way dependent on them.
while we have no standing army as such, our well (and very unconventionaly)
armed populas may choose to express its displasure in ways most
inconvenient to the objectives of
an armed force.
