Just recently the trade representitives of the peoples republic of Santo Hermando agreed on a large arms deal with the representitives of the Constitutional Monarchy of Li Kam States, it has been stated by the defence minister of Santo Hermando that the this arms deal is just one of many steps on the modernization of the Santo Hermando peoples' army.
