A few hours ago, Desran police siezed explosives that were going to be used in a plot to demolish the Governmental headquarters. 100 RPG's were also discovered. These weapons alone are liegal for civilians to have, as is protected in the constitution, after obtaining a permit.
Police were tipped off by a terrorist dessenter, who is now in custody. He showed letters detailing how the attack was to be carried out. It was going to be a car bomb to distract officials and law enforcement, at the edge of the city, near a factory. After that, the terrorists were going to sneak into the government building and destroy the senate chamber during a meeting.
This cell is believed, through the latest intel, to be the only one in Desra.
