All slave shipments discovered to be within TIS territorial waters will be seized and held, plus their slaves freed from their bonds with no restitution paid to the buyer or seller. Ive just read through this thread and I'm just going to say a few words.

1) People launched an attack on Commorargh without checking any details of geography and layout. If that had been done, the webway location of his nation (this seems to be what has being stated about where it is) would have become clear long go.

2) The webway is Warhammer 40,000-based tech, an ancient network of 'energy tunnels' through the Warp (assume 'outside physical reality') between planets and ships used by the race of the Eldar. Eldar (Tor Yvresse, Aelosia, and their evil Dark Eldar kin such as Raem and Commorargh) have the capability to access this webway, as could anyone with enough computers and access to a 'webgate' on a planet, such as Earth. However, such a gate would likely be controlled, or at least observed, by one of the Eldar nations... and, if you could attack through it, you could be attacked through it.

3) Thus, if you acknowledge Commorargh, and he is in the webway, your forces cant just appear on his borders or attack his capital. Then again, they couldnt do that to a purely modern tech earth-based nation, either... there are defenses, issues of layout, logistics and transport, which need to be, if not fully oulined, at least dealt with somewhat.

4) So, (and here's where the RP gets to be interesting) to attack him, you need to find a way to get to him... either through the help of another Eldar power, through a warpgate of some sort, or by some other method. Or, you could simply not attack him directly, but devise other means of dealing with him.

5) You may want to ignore him... the 'webway' certainly doesnt fit into everyone's NS world paradigm. But, well RPed, its just an interesting detail that needs to be worked with. After all, whatever limits there are to get at him, should also apply to him getting out.

Now, if the webway gets used as an invincible fortress, which can be enterd and left easily by Commorargh, but is extremely difficult for anyone else to get into... then, its godmodding.

Oh yes, oh yes I can appear in his border by surprise. Some time ago, after the Silmessë incident and the commemorative collectibles thread I posted that a huge fleet left the Craftworld of Aelosia to find and destroy any Dark Eldar colonies that they could find. That spoke about the logistics and stuff. They were out there mobilized even before Commoragh appeared in NS, it's a coincidence that he appeared looking for trouble with my fleet out there looking for some Dark Eldar. Anyway I'll pact with Raem in this one and concentrate my efforts on the Mars situation.
