NS is by no means bad for you. It's one of the healthiest addictions there is. I don't know how much time I spend on it, but I don't feel it's enough.

How much do I play NS...
I guess I play it whenever I'm in front of the computer, and I'm in front of the computer probably quite a bit. If it's a holiday and I'm not out with friends I'll generally be on the 'puter or my PS2, but if there's school it'll be a bit less. So I'd say 3-20 hours per day.

o when there is no computer in range, 24 when I have holidays, are at home and involved in a good RP [and when my RP partner does the same].
But usually I'm here for three or four hours a day (without many posts).

If treatment can not be performed:
1. Quick! If you don't shut the computer off, aleins with the star of alushia will still your brain.
however if:
a. aleins have already stolen your brain
b. you never had one to begin with
c. I'm ruling a nation right now, I can't shut my computer off and face reality for ten minutes are you mad!
