MJ12 is a fairly large and somewhat well known conspiracy theory. Deus Ex was not the first to use it, nor was Delta Green (remember Cambodia my freinds), nor that stupid show they had a while back that I forgot the name of. Basically, if it has to do with Aliens, and government cover ups, it's always MJ12. Though I do like how they evoled MJ12 in Deus Ex, basically making a member of the steering committee actually take the whole thing over. Which it makes sense for MJ1 to do. Personally, I say they should prop up MJ4, kill those pesky aliens, show them who's boss.
