[OOC]Well my nation only started up on Dec 19, but here's what I've come up with so far.

[IC] The three main companies dealing with drug production are as follows:

The Teratological Hemp Company [THC]
This is the #1 producer of hemp plants, for all uses, in Sybaritia. Their strain bank is considered a national treasure. Only the best and the brightest gain employment at THC.

Psychedelic Institute of Psychological Evolution [PIPE]
This company both produces various psychoactive drugs and runs approved licensing programs for the users of those drugs. Their customers are only those who have been licensed by the Institute ensuring that they have some preventative measures against the non-licensed use of psychedelics.

Circuit 8
This company produces psychoactive compounds and has access to the Institute of Education’s list of licensed psychoactive citizens to allow them to ensure that only licensed citizens are supplied.


Although all drugs are legal in Sybaritia most psychedelics need a license in order to use them. Individuals are tested to ensure that they have no known physical reaction to the drug or a predisposition for adverse psychological effects. If these tests come back clear they are taken through a training course on whichever drug they are seeking to use by someone with a teaching qualification in that drug. They have to take both a written and practical exam before they are licensed and allowed to use it.

Basic drug education starts in schools at age six with basic descriptions of effects and known dangers, and progresses from there. The emphasis of legalization in Sybaritia has been on education and quality control in order to ensure that people know what will happen when they take a certain drug and that the drug they are taking is what it's supposed to be [with nothing added or taken away].

Little Black Pills (State owned)- produces pharmaceutical drugs (defined in the contract as for medical use only) for the health service. Run by Dr A’isha the Health care Minister.

Dragon Drugs- Develops and manufactures ‘chemical drugs’ such as LSD, Ecstasy, Bliss (although the government is looking to outlaw bliss, if they could look at it.) ect. Owned by Dr Andrea.

Haze- Cultivates ‘natural’ drugs such as mushrooms, opium, cannabis ect. Owned by Dr Catherine

Alcohol is manufactured by the NSS (national students society).

Drugs that are proven harmeful with no medical postive are baned in Imperial Forces.

Pharmacuticals are made by two major companies, The Government run IF Phramacuticals and the Privatly owned IFD.Co.
