Notorious RBC

27-12-2003, 05:01
The military of the Notorious RBC is looking for a place to send about a company of soldiers to get elite special forces training. Our military is young and inexperienced. We are thinking about attacking guerillas in the mountains of our country that are traficking drugs. We would like these 180 men trained well and will pay a few if we are pleased with the training. These soldiers are outfitted with M-16A2s, M60s, M-203s, and M-21 sniper rifles.

This morning, a small detachment of 50 Red Raider forces of the NRBC engaged a force number 280 guerillas. The battle was short and unexpected. The Red Raider force stumbled upon the enemy encampment and a quick firefight insued. 3 Red Raiders were wounded and quickly cas-evaced out. We suspect to have inflicted small casualties on the guerillas. We request help from any noble nation that is willing to send forces. We are now at a state of war with the guerillas calling themselves Wave of Fury.

Do you have any Air Force caabilties at all?

and if not,can you provide me wth intel on the camp, did the enemy evac or are they still there?

Tell me about the guerillas, what are they're purposes?Surely they have a purpose,or else they wouldn't exist.
27-12-2003, 05:41
The guerillas remained somewhere in the mountain encampment. Their purpose is to trafick illiegal drugs into and out of our country and want to overthrow the governement.

In the capital city of NRBC today, three loud explosions were heard followed by a man on top of a building yelling, "Let the Revolution BEGIN!" The man was quickly grabbed and pulled into the street. It was soon discovered that this man had hurled three grenades into an appartment building, killing four people. The man was executed in the street and his body still lies there.

In other news, The NRBC has sent the elite Alpha Lima Company to fight the guerillas in the mountains. Loud explosions can be heard all day from the mountains and many people are worried what is going on. We have embedded our reporters with the AL Company and will report back later.

We have recently rearmed ourselves as well. We can direct you to one of our stronger more military inclined neighbours. Kutou-koku is better for this kind of thing. We have had our men trained by them, and we are most pleased with their results. Their military has plenty of experience in war, (both civil and international), they are used to guerilla warfare and were most helpful when we were training our militia in order to oust out our totalitarian regime.

Chuck Bayer NRBC News:

Just a few moments ago, I was out on a patrol with the entire AL Company. It appeared our mission was to search for a missing army squad that went missing 3 days ago in the mountains. Shortly after we set out, we encountered an ambush and stiff enemy resistance. The reactions of the AL company were swift as they called in artillery strikes that was quite effective. We then moved further into the forested mountains and attacked an enemy outpost that has been used for sneaking in drugs. WE found a large cache of drugs and burned everything.

As the patrol began to return to our home base at the foot of the mountains, we were attacked again, this time by enemy snipers and artillery. We were bogged down for a short time a took some casualties, but were able to kill an estimated 180 enemy soldiers. We took losses as well with 9 KIA, 17 WIA, and 1 MIA.

I offer you two options

In a little less than 10 hours i can have a wing (6 squdrans of 12 planes each) of mixd f-15e and f-16 fighters flown to you by my pilots ho will then train your people, if you promis to provide them transport back, we will sel you the planes specs, repair kits, and anyting else you require for a total of 200 million dollers

the secound option is direct interventio ad support by my forces

your choice

An air attack would be futile in Densly forested mountains, the only way to be sure of eliminating them by air would be to blast every square kilometre, which of course would be unnacceptable and expensive, we suggest that you send your small company here to planet Terres covered in forest and Harsh terrain, being a nation of petty technology, we have had to advance in tactics, and because of our tiny air force, our ground forces, are Impeccably trained and always battle ready, we would be willing to host some of your troops, and when they are ready we will send them back accompanied by 20 soldiers from our Blood wolf special forces unit, who themselves are trained in Guerilla warfare

i disagree, lose air support could be vital if positions coud be relaid

an enemy camp would have had to have been made in a clearing, and napalm and fuel air bombings are QUIET efetive, even in dense junle, if ne again, targets can be given to the pilots

Also if you don't hold your forest in high concern, it could be set alight, a bushfire made and the Guerilla forces either decimated, or driven out of hiding, either way, they will be eliminated, if they are driven out, they are no match for trained soldiers in the open feild

this way is very risky, But what must be done must be done, And i would suggest something like this as a last result

now that i ca agree on

last resort

though f we setcontroller forest fires..we can soke them out, and they can walk right ito a trap, waiting forces would wipe them out as they came, prolem is the large area to cover

Quite simply we could plan to kill with the fire alone, how? By starting simultaneously in many places around the edges of the forest, then the fire will suround them they will have no exit. they and their treacherous drug trafficking vocations will be engulfed in a wall of flame, or they will perish, from the mere smoke of it. After the fire has settled, forces can sweep the area to check for remains.

I propose this to sweep these vermin out the door, and I will be able to provide sufficient forces to make this event possible.

what if they have tunnels? Underground Tunnels would provide a factor we ave not accounted for?

In the early evening hours, the NRBC set afire to the Lifaret Forest deciding that they must destro the forest to rid their country of the guerillas. Many enemy fighters panicked and ran, supposedly to regroup.

Our military was to small to completely surround the mountains, so many guerillas got away. They have regrouped in the second largest town of Ribot. The AL Company has moved into the forest and set up potential bases their.

The Red Raider special forces have sent a detachment to Ribot to work with local police forces to extinguish the guerillas. The Red Raider force consists of the best trained 150 men of NRBC.
27-12-2003, 18:12
As a Red Raider patrol was on the outskirts of Ribot, they came under heavy small arms and RPG fire. They soon discovered the fire to be coming from a building. Of the 20 man patrol, 2 were killed outright when an RPG landed three feet away from them. The commander of the patrol, Lieutenant Brian Armstrong sent 6 men to enter the builiding and find the enemy. The remaining 12 men provided covering fire.

Then as the leader of the CQB team radioed in that the guerillas had escaped, two T-72 tanks came rolling up the road, and fired at Lieutenant Armstrong's squad killing 3 men. Armstrong them called in artillery fire and destroyed one tank, but they other opened up with machine gun fire and killed another Red Raider. The remaining 14 Red Raiders ran to the courthouse in the middle of the city and took up defensive positions while radioing back into the HQ.

Armstrong: Sir, I didnt think the guerillas had tanks!

Colonel Hack: Well son, it looks like they do now. Some outside country must be helping them.
27-12-2003, 18:26
The force of 14 Red Raiders led by Lieutenant Armstrong found themselves in a courthouse with a T-72 and upwards of 100 infantry incircling them.

As the were preparing their defenses, the T-72 fired three rounds into the courthouse killing the sniper Fred Ginfield. Then machine gun fire broke out and continuosly rapped through the windows and doors of the courthouse.

Then, a flashbang grenade went off and 35 enemy forces dressed in black clamored through the entrances shooting everywhere. In the initial shock of the attack, five Red Raiders were killed by grenades and small arms. Lieutenant armstrong was shot in the arm and ordered and evacuation, by calling in one of NRBC's five chinook helicopters.

Armstrong: This way! The chinook will be landing in a clearing two blocks north.

The team of 9 Red Raiders fought a successul retreat but outside the courthouse were met with more enemy infantry. A grenade exploded and killed two men including Chief Martinez.

When Armstrong stepped on the Chinook, he was exhausted and was accompanied by only 5 of his initial 20 soldiers.
